Your studio apartment is completely self contained and not under the same roof as my house , but it is part of the building . You have your own entrance and exclusive use of a section of the timber deck . The space is lockable via the one entry door and security lights are installed outside . The setting is in a very quiet street and next to a beautiful little park , which is home to many birds , a pair of brush turkeys and the occasional koala . Lismore’s CBD is only 4 minutes drive away .

Your suite is located at the rear of our home in a quiet semi-rural area - less than 5 minutes from supermarkets, food outlets, and coffee shops. We are approximately 40 minutes from the nearest beach and national parks. The space has a queen bed, ensuite, dining/lounge area and kitchenette. Generous breakfast provisions. Discounted longer stays. A bbq is available on the deck. We have a small dog and a cat. The room has a private entrance. Undercover parking and washing machine on request

Katandra: Beautiful self-contained accommodation

Katandra offers a self - contained guest suite with separate entrance at the front of our home. It comprises a large bedroom with queen bed, ensuite and walk-in wardrobe. There is a large comfortable living area. The separate breakfast room has a small sink, fridge, microwave, electric double hotplate for your basic cooking needs as well as a kettle, toaster and Nespresso machine. There is a covered porch that overlooks the garden, perfect to enjoy a glass of wine in the afternoon sun.

This spacious guest suite with it's own private full bathroom separated from the main house by a garage is positioned overlooking Hidden Valley Estate where you'll find kangaroos roaming and lounging about. The Eureka Studio is set on a secluded one acre property up in the Byron Bay Hinterland, in the middle of the vibrant Northern Rivers region and only 25 minutes from Byron Bay. Private and comfortable, it is ideal for a quiet romantic getaway. It provides everything you are looking for to shake off those city blues. The studio is semi-detached to our house, so whilst we live next to it, we try to give our guests as much privacy as they need.
