This beautiful little cottage is located on the property of 'Hidden Valley Estate' in South Grafton. It is self-contained with a separate entrance, bi-passing the main house. Inspired by French-Country decor, this little cabin certainly creates an atmosphere of relaxation among the gum trees. It is an open plan bedroom/bathroom with toilet, shower and basin. Air-con with a comfy queen bed, storage chest and open shelves for your belongings. There is also a microwave, tea and coffee facilities.

With panoramic views out to the Dorrigo escarpment, this is the perfect location to both celebrate special occasions, and to create them. There's a grocery store in town & a great op shop. The ferry can take you across the river to Yamba. Poochs welcome for an extra fee.

The Barn

The Barn is fully self-contained accommodation 20 metres away from the main farmhouse. Wildlife abounds on this secluded 140 acre farm. You’ll wake up to the neigh of a horse, or the chatter of the cheeky King Parrots. We hope you like animals! Great place to take a break & breathe in the country air, while still being only 20min off the M1 motorway & 18min to the Grafton CBD. Fold out sofa bed available for additional guests or kiddies. Ocean View Retreat

This brand new tiny home offers the best of both worlds. Not only can you escape into a rural setting with ocean views but as an added bonus the beach is only a 3 minute drive. Sapphire Beach is the sort after destination for locals and tourists because it offers peace and tranquillity whilst still being close to everything. In the afternoons you can have drink with the sunset and see wildlife such as kangaroos, wallabies, echidnas and a large variety of birds.

Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. Pecan Palms log house is positioned next to the sandy bottomed Orara river, known for Bass fishing and crystal clear waters making it the ideal location to fish, canoe and swim. If wildlife watching and bushwalking is more your thing you can enjoy long walks through the 40 year old pecan orchards, Palm tree plantations and the Australian bush that surrounds the house on the 100 acre property.

Lovingly restored and completely private with its own walled courtyard, the granny flat is a lovely fresh and light filled space located just 200m from the magnificent Clarence river and a short walk/ride into the centre of town. The street is very quiet with plenty of parking and the flat is nestled in a large backyard surrounded by snippets of rural lifestyle including lush gardens, friendly chickens and hardworking bees.
