With Wifi and cable TV, 3 TV’s. The 2 full bathrooms include one which has lots of space suitable for those with mobility issues, and the other with a deep jacuzzi tub. Enjoy a fire in the firepit, or choose to explore the pond in our kayaks- there is so much beauty to see! There are also many popular hiking trails in the area! $30 pet fee required for pets. Located in Clarenville close to all amenities such as the hospital, Events Center, White Hills, shopping, hiking and walking trails. This is a basement apt with private entry. We have a hydropool! This unique tiny home is located in the heart of a working fishing village in Champneys West! Located right on the Fox Island Trail! This retro themed home is small with a big presence! Because it is right on the water it has a propane Cinderella Incinerator toilet and a propane on demand hot water system. The harbour is a highly sought location and photographed daily by visitors who pass by. A beautiful place to relax and enjoy a beverage on the deck overlooking the water!
