Husband and I had an amazing experience. Derek & Phyllis made us feel just like home, so welcoming and kind. The rooms were great and cozy, bathroom was beautiful, and the view outside to the river was just breathtaking especially with the sunset. We did have a major storm come through during our stay, and the owners were so thoughtful and opened up the basement for us in case of an emergency. Overall I would totally come back and stay here again, 100%.

Larry's place is a peaceful cabin like home in the forest, but also conveniently right off the road. We were a very last minute reservation, after our original travel plans were canceled by our other reservation. Larry responded immediately to our reservation and met us in person to let us into the home. He made sure we were properly settled and was always responsive. This is also a great place for travelers with pets. Thank you Larry!

Robin was the perfect host and his location is ideal for privacy and peacefulness. Having him provide essential grocery items was a huge plus! We didn't have to run right out to the grocery store. The living space is comfy and very relaxing. Robin was welcoming and we look forward to returning.

Wonderful place! Liz was a great host! Allowed for a later checkout to accommodate my 10 month olds nap. Recommended this place to my aunt for her out of town visitors

We had a wonderful stay..honestly can't wait to go back! The studio was super nice and we had everything we needed! We ordered a meal from their meat market..Jennifer had it in the fridge waiting for us..it was delicious!! (including farm eggs for breakfast)! She showed us all around and we absolutely loved the animals!! Sitting by pond.. the walks we took..peaceful and relaxing!! Highly recommended!

The pictures were beautiful, but seeing is believing. A comfy lake house with anything you could ask for. clear instructions, a manual with the house rules and instructions for check out. The bottom floor has ample room with a bar area, access to the back yard and beautiful views of the late. Having a laundry room was a great touch. The ground floor, where most of the rooms were located, has a family room with board games, ample space for sitting, eating with a group and cozy for watching movies. I was extremely impressed that they had a PS3 with Little Big Planet, we played that for hours after dinner. I highly recommend this beautiful home by the lake and will book again when I’m in town next season.

We had a wonderful trip and the house was perfect. We could have used a snow shovel😁 but that was a very small issue. Michael and Jenn were super friendly , responsive, and helpful. I hope we can return next year.

Brian’s place is one of our favorite places to stay away from home. This was our second stay and hoping for more. There is a lot of space in the home and the surroundings are beautiful!

Great place to stay for the price in the area. It would be nice to have a bigger parking area. I drive a F-150 which was a bit a pain to park in the smallish driveway. Beyond that the house was great. There was plenty of space for the 5 of us that stayed there. It was great to have the deck to view the river and is a short walk to restaurants and shops.

My wife and I booked the entire house to accommodate a weekend with my SIL and her kids. it was a perfect layout since we needed space for two families. The lower unit is a perfect little 1 bedroom efficiency stocked with everything you could need during the stay. the upstairs was a 2 story 3 bedroom home that again contained everything you might need. access to each and between the units was easy to manage and when we closed off the access to the upstairs it felt like our own little space; we almost forgot their was a whole house above us. Nellie and Thomas were great hosts and were very responsive to our inquiries during our stay. The house is in perfect walking distance to downtown Franklin and a short drive to additional restaurants and shopping. the neighborhood is quiet and it feels secluded. the views of the Allegheny river are gorgeous and the lower deck was perfect for sitting out and enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning. we absolutely look forward to futures stays!

Mark was great to deal with and would help in any way he could if something needed to be addressed. The house has a great few and nice porch out front but sadly for me it was to cold to enjoy sitting out there while I was there. All in All would stay here again if it was available and I was back up that way!
