Our family of 4 enjoyed our stay! The unit was clean, modern, spacious and had a great layout. The building itself was also very clean and felt new throughout. We enjoyed the clubhouse amenities and rooftop views of the Ohio River and Louisville. Parking was easy and we really liked the nightly garbage valet pickup. The location can’t be beat. It was super close to Jeffersonville which was a nice area with restaurants and coffee shops. It was also 5 min away from downtown Louisville, and close to the Falls of Ohio State Park, which has an Interpretative Center, outdoor fossil beds, picturesque views, and a brand new playground near by.

This is the second time I have stayed and I'll be back again. Check in is easy. The bed is comfortable. The room is clean. It's a hidden gem.

Tyler and team were great! We needed somewhere to stay in a pinch as we decided to stay in Louisville after our tournament, and their place was beautiful. The area was great! The owners were so accommodating and made sure we were taken care of. Everything was so clean and nice. They also gave us ample privacy which I’m huge on. Thank you to the team for making our stay enjoyable!

The house is a great staging place when visiting Louisville. It’s close to downtown and close to several restaurants on the Jeffersonville side of the river. While the view of the river was a bit disappointing, the easy access to the area make the house a great place to stay.

This was by far the best AirBnB my family has ever stayed in! From check-in to check-out Nicole was such a perfect host. The amenities at the peppermint cottage were absolutely perfect and all of the children’s items were SO helpful! We had the best week and will absolutely try to stay here again when in the area!

What a great place to stay! I loved sitting on the front porch watching the river and people. I could walk, grab a scooter, or conveniently get to about anywhere in Jeffersonville or Louisville in under 15 minutes. Very cute place with room to relax and unwind. The big four bridge is there and fun to walk. The neighborhood has great restaurants that are walkable and then fun to grab a scooter and head to the riverfront or the park. I loved that the house was in a very quiet block, but just a few blocks away was an active day and night life. Very responsive hosts with a great well well-kept home that has a very nice fenced-in back yard with a relaxing sitting area.. We will book again 100%!

We've stayed in a number of AirBNBs and this was one of our favorite. It's a very comfortable, clean, and tastefully decorated 3br 1.5ba with a ceiling fan and TV in every room. Shower has good pressure and plenty of heat. High speed fiber internet with 300mbps symmetric. Convenient location with plenty of restaurants and stores within a short drive and less than a 20 minute drive to downtown Louisville. It also has parking for up to 4 vehicles with a parking spot that backs up almost right to the front door making it convenient to load and unload. There's a Keurig coffee maker that makes a pot of coffee, or you can bring your favorite K-cups. The bedrooms only have nightstands but there's no dressers or drawers to put clothes, but plenty of hangars in the closets.

Highly recommend! Very cute , clean home . We loved the sauna and the hot tub , back yard is a great place to chill . Beds were comfortable, nicely decorated and kitchen was very well equipped- even provided ingredient’s for s’mores :) Nothing bad to say here - Great host , great house couldn’t ask for more .

Richard's place was great! We booked last minute for a one night stay and he was very accommodating. Everything was extremely clean and we had everything we would have needed for an extended stay. We will definitely try to book here again in the future! This place is a gem!

Enjoyed my stay. It was nice walking distance to downtown & the river. Place was very clean and welcoming. Looking forward to the next time I'm in the area and hope that this place is available.

We only needed to book for one night and we booked our stay last minute. Deirdre responded immediately and we were able to check in early. The condo was great and just as the pictures show. My granddaughters are 2 and 4 and they loved the snacks that were in a basket as soon as you walked in. The living room and kitchen were great. The half bath downstairs was very convenient with kids. The bedrooms are very large and the beds were very comfortable! The bathrooms were very clean. The whole place was amazing and we would definitely stay again. Thanks so much! 😊

I came out to Louisville to visit my sister who was having a baby. This place was super convenient for us since it was so close to the hospital. It was easy to get in and all the rooms were super clean. I definitely would come back to stay again!

This place was great! Very clean, modern, and in a good area. It was walkable distance to restaurants and bars or a short drive to some of the other areas we really like in Louisville. Had all the amenities we needed, and would be good for a longer stay as well. Had waters waiting for us in the fridge and provided coffee which is nice! We would definitely stay here again.

Great space in up and coming neighborhood. Felt safe enough to walk downtown and to the river with no issues. Would stay again for sure.
