This was a very cute little house. The decoration inside was homey and comfortable. i liked that we could park in the garage for added security.

If I could give 10 stars I would! The home was super cute and spotless inside. The exterior of the property was clean and well kept as well. Tasteful decor and lots of nice touches throughout. We were very comfortable and felt right at home. We’ll definitely be back!

This is such a cute farm house like place to stay. The area is quiet and peaceful. The house is very roomy and homey feeling. Clean. Has everything you need. Would definitely stay here again!

This home is full of character! Loved the neighborhood as well- beautiful homes with sidewalks throughout which made it enjoyable for walking our dog. Elizabeth was very responsive when I reached out with questions about the front door lock. Plenty of fans upstairs provided good air flow as it did get hot in the bedrooms up there even with the A/C. Would stay again!

We loved this house! It has so much character. Every room has treasures and amazing plants to admire and soak in. We especially loved the backyard space. We felt hugged by the budding trees and loved listening to the birds. It was so relaxing to sit by the fire while the kids played! The hot tub was great. The games available were a bit hit. Very close to town. This house is so comfortable for two small families. We split down the middle and each family had the privacy, beds, and bathrooms needed. I would love to come back to this house. Brittany is so communicative and made our stay very easy.

We enjoyed our stay at this creative getaway! We worked on a puzzle and enjoyed exploring her collection of books and art supplies. We were able to log into our usual apps on her TV, but very much enjoyed disconnecting and spending time outside on the peaceful back patio! It was nice to be near the downtown area, yet tucked away in a quiet neighborhood with privacy and peace. An inspiring home that was very cozy and comfortable.

Hosts were incredibly kind and communicative. Great place that was central to all the places I need to be. Looking forward to staying here again!

The cottage was so much more spacious than it appeared from the outside. The decor was lovely and the space was spotless. We loved the light that filled the kitchen and dining room. The view from the dining room and patio opened onto an open field where we could watch and listen to the wildlife, so peaceful. The record player and eclectic LP collection was so fun to listen to A short walk down the street took us to John Bryan State Park where we could walk the drive and enjoy the trails. It is not really walkable into the Village of Yellow Springs but a short 4 minute drive gets you there to enjoy the shops and restaurants. Mandy and Kasia are welcoming hosts and so friendly and accommodating. We so enjoyed our stay and would readily return to the Cottage at Deer Pass if we return to Yellow Springs. I highly recommend The Cottage at Deer Pass.

Shelly’s place was absolutely gorgeous and was carefully and meticulously decorated to feel like home. The furnishings and decor REALLY fit the apartment. My only concern was the fact she requested guest to not wear shoes inside (I totally understand and didn’t mind helping to protect the floors cause they were beautiful) but didn’t have any protective rugs or mats by the doors. A shoe tray by the door and a plastic runner from the door leading to the seating area would’ve been great. Also the place had everything you could need except coasters and an ice maker. I would definitely stay again!

The North West Hideaway is so sweet that we just fell in love with it! It’s just the right size - not big but not crowded - very well-organized. And very comfortable! The view into the backyard is so lush and green and we enjoyed the Adirondack chairs on the back porch in the evenings. It was too windy for a fire in the firepit but it’s a nice touch and it’s maintained well. The coffee selection was excellent and we appreciated the maps and referrals to local eateries. The bed was just perfect: firm but not hard. I would recommend the North West Hideaway to anyone staying in Xenia who’s looking for comfort, convenience, safety and security, easy walking and bike riding - and the I almost forgot the apple fritters that were waiting for us! oh my goodness - they were delicious! We can’t wait to visit again!

We had such a great stay. Very clean and looked just like the photos. Nice walkable area with lots of entertainment and things to do. The host was very responsive and helpful.

Susan is so amazing!!! Absolutely went above and beyond for us, when we needed to move urgently due to another airbnb covered in mold. She was so caring, let us check in early in the day due to the situation, and our stay at her place was fantastic!!! Very clean, very comfortable, nice neighborhood. If I could give her more than 5 stars I would. We would absolutely book her place again if we are back in the area.

We had such a wonderful stay at this beautiful cabin! It was peaceful, cozy, and even more perfect than we imagined. We celebrated our son’s 3rd birthday here, and it created such special memories for our family. Everything was clean, thoughtfully set up, and so welcoming. The hosts were kind, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed. We loved the quiet surroundings, the charm of the cabin, and the relaxing atmosphere. It truly felt like a home away from home. We would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway! Thank you again for such a memorable experience!

My wife and some friends stayed here for a reunion of sorts and had a great time! She said she'd love to go back sometime to enjoy for a longer period of time. Communication was great from the hosts, I highly recommend this AirBnb!

What a great place to stay I enjoy the view

A Magical and Cozy Escape! This cabin was an absolute dream! From the moment we walked in, we were struck by how beautifully decorated and thoughtfully designed everything was. The space had so much character—artsy, cozy, and full of personality. It felt welcoming and laid-back in the best way, like a place meant for creativity and relaxation. Not only did it look amazing, but it also smelled incredible, adding to the overall atmosphere. It had a rustic charm, but with all the modern comforts you’d want. Surrounded by nature, it was the perfect escape to unplug and recharge. Every little detail made it feel special. If you’re looking for a stay that’s unique, warm, and full of good energy, this is it. We can’t wait to come back!

I rented this place for a baby shower. We didn't end up staying the night but by night fall, it was just a pretty as day with all the lights already installed. I also didn't get a chance to use the fire pit out front but there is plenty of wood if you want to. The inside of the cabin was very cozy and better than I expected. There are also new additions coming to the place that will make it even better. Behind the house there is more land to explore and a trail but we didnt have time to use it. i would love to come back this summer when the new construction is done and try to get the most out if the place. David and Bryan were very friendly and great communicators. Response time is quick and any requests accommodating. Great show and great experience i won't forget.

The place is charming and beautiful. The cabin remodel is very well done, great beds, everything I needed was there, will stay here again!
