Our neighborhood is quiet & Burnt Bridge trail is close.

You'll have the entire newly remodeled home on 1/2 acre to yourselves, complete with game room and outdoor fire pit, grassy area for badminton, and cornhole. Just a short walk (about 1/2 mile) to the Speelyai Bay Rec. Area/boat ramp which opens up into Lake Merwin. Kayaks provided during summer months. Plenty of parking.
