Cosy Stone Coach House near Glasgow

The Coachhouse is cosy and quiet. It has its own entrance and is completely separate from the main house. There is a private gated courtyard that guests are also welcome to use. Only 5 minutes from East Kilbride and 20 minutes from Glasgow but surrounded by fields and countryside Full use of the Coachhouse and the courtyard next to it Feel free to contact me with any queries by phone, text, e mail The property is only a couple of minutes from the village of Carmunnock, a pretty conservation village and the only official village left in Glasgow. There is a local shop, pharmacy, and an excellent restaurant in the town. There is parking next to the Coachhouse. Getting around by car is ideal but we are also only minutes from two train stations and there are regular buses in the village minutes up the road. We have two dogs but they are friendly and kept in the main house or our back garden.

Luxury private room with ensuite in a converted farmhouse. It is light, and bright with its own entrance and full kitchen - oven, hob, kettle, toaster, microwave, air fryer and fridge/freezer. Walking distance to the local village of Eaglesham with a lovely pub that is dog friendly, with good food, called the Swan.

This house is set in a quiet culdesac within commuting distance of Glasgow city and also the Shopping areas of East Kilbride and Newton Mearns. Downstairs comprises of an open plan kitchen and living room, with sofa and electric fire as well as gas central heating. Upstairs there are two double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower and bath. The rear garden is enclosed and the front is open.

We are 5 minutes from East Kilbride Village, which has a wide range of restaurants, bars and Village Theatre. Ice Skating, and Odeon Cinema is Local. Glasgow City Centre is 9 miles, with a direct train line. The apartment is in a good central position approximately 45 minutes to Glasgow or Prestwick airport.
