Great location for a fun lake beach weekend! We had 4 families with kids, plenty of room for all to sleep and play. Yard is fantastic, beach was awesome. The area is so peaceful and quiet, great change of pace from the city.

Enjoyed our stay on Governor’s creek. Beautiful outdoor area and great dock access for our boat. Enjoyed kayaking the creek and fishing from the dock. House was as described and we had everything we needed to cook dinners after being out on the boat all day. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

I'm born and raised in the panhandle of FL but I live in texas in a city by Austin and when I tell you this house and area put me right back to my roots. I love peace and quiet and that's exactly what this place gives . love was made with this home and the warmth we felt and the energy that filled the home was amazing and just puts your mind at ease. truly blessed to be able to give my family this break and Vicky and Freddy was equally amazing every step of the way. if you have a big family like me and on the go and want to calm everything down and still have lots of family fun look no further than right here. Thanks again yall two and we will definitely be back.

A Fantastic Stay – Highly Recommended! Angela's Airbnb in Jacksonville, FL, was the perfect stay for our small group. We felt at home immediately. The private backyard was a peaceful retreat, and having exclusive access to outdoor amenities like the firepit, BBQ grill, and great Adirondack chairs were a bonus. The neighborhood is quiet making it easy to relax and unwind. Location-wise, we could not have asked for a better location for our event. With quick access to I-95 and I-295, we were able to explore everything the Jacksonville area and our schedule allowed. Jacksonville Beaches, historic St. Augustine, the Bolles School, and the area shopping & dining. Angela was a fantastic host, ensuring everything was perfect for our stay.

Dani was by far informative, reachable, and friendly when it came to responding and providing between us. The place was by far relaxing and tranquil, we honestly did not know places like this were in Florida. Overall, I would highly recommend Dani and this beautiful home everyday that ends in "y". Thank you!!!

This has been our home away from home for the last 3 years and we are hoping to continue our tradition. As always Marlon's home is beautiful and he is always a phone call away. The home is located in a quiet area, very clean and well stocked. God willing we will return next year!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this home. The property is really beautiful with mature trees like live oaks and cypress with Spanish moss and waterfront views of the St. John’s River. It was so serene and peaceful. The house and amenities were just as described and the host Kelly was very responsive. She even reached out to let us know that an annual sailboat race would be happening during our stay and what time we should expect the boats to pass the house. The house was very comfortable and tastefully decorated. Would definitely stay again!

The place was great! Even though we had to share common areas, it worked out great. The other two places were rented at the same time by people other than our family, but it was absolutlely no problem. We made new friends! The only issue that ever came up was the parking. We had rented the space to accomodate my in-laws that were in for the holiday. My children and my husband's sibling wanted to come and visit, but the parking was very limited. We managed it by carpooling from my house that is not very far away. Andrew was very nice and quick to respond to any issues and also very understanding of our circumstances. This place is absolutley amazing and is full of places to just relax for any size group of people. There is always a little nook somewhere to escape to if you need to get away from the rest of the residents. I would totally recommend for vacation or just a get-away!

We really enjoyed our stay. Tired of staying in hotels while visiting our kids in nearby Rivertown, we found Bob's to be an awesome alternative. The place was beautiful and so comfortable. There were so many little well thought out details. The rooms upstairs were perfect for my grandson. We called it the secret kids club. The kitchen was well equipped and made cooking easy. We enjoyed the pool and our favorite was the outdoor seating area, so peaceful out there. Everyone was so kind and welcoming, it was like staying with a relative. We are looking forward to another trip back to this roomy, beautiful cottage.
