This home was exactly as described. The front porch was our favorite spot in the evening. The neighborhood is beautiful and quite. Our family of four had plenty of space and felt right at home.

Wonderful place and host! House was clean And smelled GREAT! You can tell the host takes pride in their property.

Words are not enough to describe our stay!! Cannot wait to go back and did not want to leave. We were able to bring our pontoon boat and keep it right there which was amazing. An absolute gem!! Thank you again for sharing a piece of paradise with us!!

The house was decorated in a cute way and not overdone. Very clean. Welcoming array of snacks upon arrival. Theresa was very responsive - usually within seconds to minutes. Location was accessible to everything we needed.

Christopher was very accessible. He showed us how to use the thermostat as we accidentally had it on heat. He bought 2 outside chairs for back patio and stools for the high beds. My travel partner and I are limited in accessing the TV options as neither of us have much technical abilities so we were disappointed in that. Anyone that is savvy could watch about anything if they knew what they were doing I’m sure. Location was great for Orange Park community. Great shopping. 40” from Jacksonville airport.

Huge place, very comfortable, outside space was wonderful. Sitting on the deck listening to the birds was great. Neighbors were very friendly and it was nice to walk around the lake nearly every day. It is exactly as described. This is their camp so it’s not fancy and some of the floors are a bit uneven or saggy. But it was very livable and a nice place to stay. Victoria was very responsive any time we messaged her. Would definitely recommend.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this home. The property is really beautiful with mature trees like live oaks and cypress with Spanish moss and waterfront views of the St. John’s River. It was so serene and peaceful. The house and amenities were just as described and the host Kelly was very responsive. She even reached out to let us know that an annual sailboat race would be happening during our stay and what time we should expect the boats to pass the house. The house was very comfortable and tastefully decorated. Would definitely stay again!

The place was great! Even though we had to share common areas, it worked out great. The other two places were rented at the same time by people other than our family, but it was absolutlely no problem. We made new friends! The only issue that ever came up was the parking. We had rented the space to accomodate my in-laws that were in for the holiday. My children and my husband's sibling wanted to come and visit, but the parking was very limited. We managed it by carpooling from my house that is not very far away. Andrew was very nice and quick to respond to any issues and also very understanding of our circumstances. This place is absolutley amazing and is full of places to just relax for any size group of people. There is always a little nook somewhere to escape to if you need to get away from the rest of the residents. I would totally recommend for vacation or just a get-away!

10/10! Exactly what we needed for the weekend. Comfortable, clean, and convenient.

I was in town to celebrate my mom's 97th birthday. The location was perfect being close to everything I needed. The house is in a quiet neighborhood, one block from the river. It's roughly a 4 mile walk end to end on a beautiful tree lined street on one side and water on the other. It was a great way to start the day or end with an evening stroll. The house was super clean. It had everything one needed, was so comfortable and in fact, I was able to have my mom over for her bday dinner. This place is suitable for a one night stay to a month long stay. The hosts were super gracious and responsive if needed yet gave privacy. Can't say enough about this place. Will definitely be back.

We really enjoyed our stay. Tired of staying in hotels while visiting our kids in nearby Rivertown, we found Bob's to be an awesome alternative. The place was beautiful and so comfortable. There were so many little well thought out details. The rooms upstairs were perfect for my grandson. We called it the secret kids club. The kitchen was well equipped and made cooking easy. We enjoyed the pool and our favorite was the outdoor seating area, so peaceful out there. Everyone was so kind and welcoming, it was like staying with a relative. We are looking forward to another trip back to this roomy, beautiful cottage.

This was our first stay at an air bnb so we ( my daughter and I) weren’t sure what to expect. We were there on business so worked the 4 days and it was so relaxing after a hard day to come back to a hot shower, comfy couch, and an amazingly comfortable bed. We also enjoyed sitting outside peacefully with our morning coffee If we’re ever back in Jacksonville we would love staying at Jonathans place.
