The main level features a bright, well-equipped kitchen designed for easy meal prep in a functional, thoughtfully stocked space. Each of the three bedrooms is inspired by the surrounding landscape, with themes of Woodland, Farmland, and Island.

Byrd's Nest Guesthouse

Byrd’s Nest is a retreat nestled among the trees. This custom-built guesthouse was completed in June 2025. It spans 357 sq. ft. and features a studio layout with a kitchen and bathroom. Surrounded by evergreen trees and approx. 30 feet from the main house, it offers a charming treehouse-like experience. The whole property is 6.6 acres at an elevation of over 200 ft. Views of Mount Baker, the North Cascade Mountain range, the Skagit Bay, and forest land can be seen from the guesthouse.

Thompson House (4 Bedroom)

Welcome to Thompson House, a cozy main-level retreat ideal for couples, small families, or work travelers. Your stay includes exclusive access to two private bedrooms, two full bathrooms (one with a bathtub and one with a walk-in shower), a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and comfortable living space with Smart TV and Wi-Fi.
