Perched on the hillside of Fort Tyson Rise in Frigate Bay (and with over 2,500 sq ft to enjoy!), the house was lovingly built with luxurious coral stone flooring, high-beamed ceilings, an expansive outdoor veranda and a huge open plan kitchen/dining/living area - designed to take full advantage of the cooling sea breezes and with plenty of room to relax and have fun!

This two bedroom/two full bathroom luxury condo is situated in a very quiet and great located secure location in a strategic place in the island of St.Kitts. It has access to 3 swimming pools (almost always empty), BBQ place and extensive gardens. The property is open plan with 3 terraces overlooking the sea. About 7 minutes walking from the nearest beach, and walking distance of tens of restaurants and shops. The island golf club is just 5 mins. Sofa bed can accommodate additional 2 children

The villa sits on a beautiful expanse of white sand beach, perfect for strolling, swimming, and sunbathing. NOTE: A new villa is under construction next door. The Caribbean view is not obstructed. Although noise is a possibility, we have received just one complaint from over 50 guests over the course of the last year.
