This is a vacation property located on desirable Iyopawa Island, with Coldwater Lake on one side, and a regulation 9 hole golf course on the other. The house was recently refurbished. Fishing, Boating, Golfing, and Swimming, are literally right outside your door. We rent by the week for June through September starting on Sat. and Daily with a two day minimum the rest of the year. We are 5 miles North of the I-69, I-80 Interchange.

Cottage is located in a quiet cove on Randall Lake (connected to 7 miles of lakes 1100acres). Lake view is spectacular. Front room is all glass. 4 kayaks and paddleboat. At night watch the moon reflect off of the lake while enjoying the fire pit. 18-hole public Coldwater Club Golf Course across the road.
