Must be 25 or older to rent. There are NO pets allowed in this unit. Golf carts/LSV are prohibited on the property.

It is approx. 1200 sq. feet of comfortable living space, with 2 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, a fully equipped kitchen, and a roomy living space with a sleeper sofa.
