Welcome to our River House! Used mostly by our family and friends, we're offering available dates to courteous families and others who will treat it like their own. Relaxation at its finest. This is off a very private and quiet dead end road tucked on the inside of Swan Bay. Swan’s Nest

Swan’s Nest is nestled between the American narrows portion of the main channel of the St. Lawrence River and peaceful Swan Bay. This 4 bedroom/3 full bathroom home features a gorgeous floor-to-ceiling river stone gas fireplace as the focal point of the main floor, as well as a fully stocked kitchen and king master suite. Downstairs is a cozy sun room with a fireplace, and an Irish pub style bar room. To the rear, double decks overlook the wide lawn and waterfront access to Swan Bay.

If you are looking for a place to get away from reality, this is the place to stay! Located close to Downtown Alex Bay, right on the St. Lawrence River w/21ft of dock for your boat. Park your car and walk to the bars and restaurants. Not far from state parks and wineries. Our home has 2 balconies and a dock to hangout on. It comes with all the amenities you will need for your vacation! It is the end townhouse on the right side. Parking for 4 sedans and additional parking close.

Wellesley Island, 3 acres, 850ft of waterfront!

-Message me for discounted May, April, October and November rates. This is our paradise at the end of a wooded road set on a private 3 acre peninsula with 850 feet of waterfront! It has 2 fire pits, rocky coves to watch the sunset, and 3 acres of flat land that allows children to run and explore. We are 12 minutes from Abay and Clayton. The fishing off the shore is amazing and instantly rewarding for little ones.. We also have 2 kayaks and 1 paddle board available for use.

Wolfe's Kountry Kottage is a short walk away at the top of the property.

My place is close to The St. Lawrence River between Alexandria Bay, NY and Clayton, NY, family oriented activities, wineries, shopping, dining, golfing, a short drive to Canada. You’ll love my place because of the great neighborhood with stunning views of the St. Lawrence River. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets). Additional charge for pets and dock usage.

Private Island & Pet Friendly ~ The Sea Angell

The Sea Angell is a 1.2 acre PRIVATE ISLAND (just you will be on it). There is DEEP water docking, electricity, modern plumbing, WiFi, and great cell service. And, yes … this property is dog friendly! The island is very easy to find, located just offshore in a prime location near Foxy’s Restaurant, and has a charming vintage cottage dating back to the 1870’s!

Apple Tree Cottage -1000 Islands

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Bike riding, walking and tennis courts just down the road. There is a dock the goes with the house for fishing, boating, swimming, or just watching the sunrise or sunset. For your convenience, there is a washer/dryer and a dishwasher.
