Once a home for goats located in a secluded area on our property, it is now a peaceful garden oasis among the trees for those seeking a break from the norm. Inside, you can enjoy a cozy and relaxing place to lounge or rest. Outside, you can spend time around the fire pit, collect fresh eggs for breakfast, kayak on a nearby river, bike to local ice cream shops, or take a nap in a hammock.

Enchanting 1 BR/1 BTH carriage house in Fort Wayne, close to amenities, but nestled amidst trees and wildlife for privacy and serenity. This second story space located minutes from downtown, Parkview and PFW still sits on a quiet 2 acre lot. The built in shelves, drawers, chef's kitchen, designated work area and ample closet space make it ideal for a longer term rental. The bedroom has a queen bed. The pull out sofa provides another queen sleep space. This is a pet free/smoke free environment.

This cabin is on a private property that guests will have all to themselves while they are here. You will have access to a full kitchen, living room, private bathroom, and a loft which has two beds. This cabin comes w/channel dock space on the S. side of Lake Webster. There is space for your boat & water toys to bring along with you or you to rent @ a marina while here.

A farmhouse suite welcomes you! Enjoy a stay in a large private guest suite on the 2nd floor of our historic farmhouse. You'll enjoy a relaxed haven that feels like the country, inside the city! Only 5 minutes from shopping, parks, trails, restaurants, library and 15 minutes from downtown. Enjoy park-like setting, use of pool during Summer (shared), and large yard. 2nd bedroom available for add'l $. We will rotate pool use if other guests are here. No pool parties. For the boating and fishing enthusiast, local boat launch just around the corner. Warsaw is 20 minutes away, where you can enjoy shopping, dining and sightseeing. For anyone seeking a larger city, Fort Wayne is a 45 minutes' drive, where you can visit the Zoo, Theatres and Botanical Conservatory.

Esterline Farms Cottage/ Brewery

Welcome to E Brewing Company at Esterline Farms Cottage. The first farmhouse brewery Air BNB in our state. We offer a beautiful new Cottage with spectacular views of our quaint hobby farm filled with miniature goats, chickens, rabbits, our resident paint horse. We have a full onsite brewery and taproom that is approximately 50 ft from the Cottage. It’s open Thurs, Fri, Sat, Sun. We are only 1/4 mile from South Whitley, 10 miles from Columbia City, and 20 miles from Fort Wayne and Warsaw.

Carriage House near Downtown

The Carriage House is a smoke free and pet free environment. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). It is a private carriage house completely detached from the other residence on property giving our guests access to a private kitchen, living room, dining room, bedroom, laundry area, and loft. The carriage house backs into a private fenced in yard with roughly 1/2 acre of land which is equipped with firepit.

The Ruby Slipper Suite B: Historic Downtown Apt

A unique completely remodeled historic 1 bedroom with plenty of character and charm. Located on the corner of Line and Van Buren you can enjoy views of downtown out of the second story windows. The apartment is conveniently located within walking distance of coffee shops, restaurants, bakeries and a local brewery. The space has a theme of Wizard of Oz and we challenge you to find the hidden gems.

The Palomino - Centrally Located Loft Apartment
