It features a wraparound porch, a spacious lawn, four bedrooms and four baths that comfortably sleep eight, plus a large kitchen. Added touches include 5 office spaces, sunroom, and dining room.

Downtown Magnolia, AR and Southern Arkansas University are only 8 miles away & just 10 min from the historic square which is home to the annual Magnolia Blossom Festival World Championship Steak Cook Off. For corporate executives & college students parents alike, this 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house has the comfort & amenities to make you feel right at home. A comfortable living space, two full bathrooms, fully stocked kitchen, & a workspace in both bedrooms for business leaders & virtual learners.

Downtown Hide in Plain Sight Home

The house is located over 100' from the road, but is within view when you drive by. Parking is hidden from the street. A Verizon cell tower camouflaged as a pine tree is on the property. You will be 2 blocks from the Courthouse Square where you will find lots of shopping and restaurants, and is home to the Magnolia Blossom Festival in May. You will also be less than 2 miles from the Southern Arkansas University campus. I live in the neighborhood, and can usually be reached quickly if needed.

The Quaint

Adjacent to Aunt B’s Victorian, a private “butler’s quarters” experience awaits you. Nestled atop a historic carriage house, this place oozes with character and history, keeping as much originality while providing modern amenities. Cozy enough just for two, however- for larger groups, the main house can be booked separately (if available). Separate parking available for each. Must use stairs to enter The Quaint. Shopping and restaurants on the downtown square are within walking distance.

Magnolia Meadows

Mule Ride Manor

Roomy, brick, 3 bedroom 2 bath house in a fantastic location across the street from Southern Arkansas University's beautiful greenway, The Farm Road Jog, bike, or walk The Farm Road while you enjoy a lovely view of SAU's beautiful farm. Take the Farm Road directly to Panthers Baseball Field, Wilkins Stadium, Alumni Pavillion, Walker Stadium, Margaret Downing Softball Complex, Live Oak Tennis Courts, Mulerider Track and Field Complex, WT Watson Athletic center, and SAU's disc golf course.

The Rafters

Experience a little country in the city. Originally a family owned feed store, The Rafters has exposed hand built rough cut rafters in the ceiling, original wood floors and a tin roof. Horses, chickens and other farm animals are on the property as well. Southern Arkansas University (SAU) is five minutes away. The historic square which is home to the annual Magnolia Blossom Festival World Championship Steak Cook Off and local shops and restaurants are just a three minute walk.

Aunt B’s Victorian

Come and stay in one of Magnolia’s beautiful historic homes. (Also, The Quaint, an Airbnb perfect for two is located next door on the property and can be booked separately) Enjoy a short stroll to the Magnolia Square, visit the local merchant shops, and dine at Java Primo, Corner Clubhouse, My Kitchen Table, or Lefty’s. Be sure to stop by the Magnolia Bake Shop, a local treasure, for a delectable treat.
