Our house is NOT a party house and is a NO SMOKING/NO VAPING PROPERTY/NO PETS. No guests under the age of 25 without prior 5 star reviews. Doorways are 28" or greater

The Colyer Mercantile

Established in 1857, the Colyer Mercantile is an absolute gem. The house was originally built by William Colyer and it's in his honor that Colyer Lake was named. The 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom house has been completely renovated from the inside out. The historic charm of the house has not been lost, but instead, it has become it's most prized highlight. From the push button light switches, to the original door knobs you'll feel like you've gone back in time without losing any modern amenities.
