The barn is a 16th Century former dairy, 3 miles from Seaton and Axminister 7 miles from Lyme Regis. The barn has 2 bedrooms one shower room and a lounge/kitchen. Big comfy sofas and 1/3 acre of garden shared with the owner and his cocker spaniel Bailey. Additional single chair bed available for additional guest

This charming one bedroom cottage sleeps two and has everything needed for a comfortable stay including a pretty fully enclosed private garden. It is also dog friendly! Please note we allow bookings for a maximim of two adults (unfortunately no children or infants due to the size and narrow staircase).
