Short drive from great local spots along Downtown Cville, UVA Corner, Monticello, Blue Ridge Parkway, The Appalachian Trail, breweries and local wineries. Guests enjoy exclusive access to the terrace/basement apartment through a separate entrance. The space includes a bedroom (with TV & sitting area) kitchenette, bathroom, and dining area. Guests are also welcome to the living/rec room area, if requested. Our house is very close to UVA main grounds, North Grounds, stadium, lots of shopping and dining, movies, downtown Charlottesville, West Main Area and Vineyards. *My husband, son, dog, cat and I live upstairs, so you may hear us at times!

This is a newly built addition to our property, but is a separate 2 BR apartment with an equipped kitchen/living room and one bathroom. One bed is a queen, one is a double. Your entrance is separate, but we share a courtyard and driveway. The front stoop is just a few steps from your parking spot (there are 5 steps down, and one up) and a balcony in the back that looks over our backyard. Cabin at Rabbit Hollow

Charming log cabin nestled in a glen by the Shenandoah National Park is an ideal retreat for a romantic get-a-way. The first floor contains a beautiful kitchen, dining area, full bathroom featuring a whirlpool tub, and cozy living room with a wood burning fire place. The second level holds the bedroom with a comfortable king size bed and a half bathroom. There are two porches where guests can relax with their morning coffee or evening cocktails while enjoying the wooded and mountain views.

Woodwind Cottage is a brand new, beautifully built cottage with living room, bedroom, bath, kitchen and loft. It has charming architectural details and a covered porch for enjoying the view of the woods. The loft has a fold out sofa for an extra guest or private work space. The home has wifi, smart tv for streaming, and a gas fireplace. Enjoy reading in the oversized window seat, rise early to see deer in the yard or, perhaps, a hot air balloon overhead in the spring and fall.

Guests love the fire pit and large lawn for playing with the kids. The large, covered outdoor entertaining area is for you to use as well! Turn on the party lights and enjoy the evening. A drop in to the Rivanna river is only a mile away at Darden Towe park for tubing, kayaks and more.

The Loft at Minor Mill - Private loft apartment.

Our place is a newly constructed barn loft in our 1960's barn. Enjoy beautiful views of the surrounding countryside from large windows and a private balcony. The barn is surrounded by our horse pastures and neighboring fields. Self check in with the key lockbox. This loft is separate from the main house where we live. Private parking and entrance for our guests directly outside of barn loft (this is separate from the main house driveway).
