We run a working dairy and shellfish farm and our oysters & mussels are grown in the estuary.

The mill lies in a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in Daphne du Maurier country, on the Fowey estuary.

This unique studio flat is set in an apartment complex within large gardens. It is a short walk to the Cornish Arms pub and the village of St Merryn. Padstow and the many beautiful beaches known as 'the Seven Bays' are all a short drive away. This apartment has undergone a recent renovation.
