Το σπίτι σε πολύ βολικό σημείο, πολύ κοντά στην κεντρική πλατεία της πόλης. Όλη η πόλη προσβάσιμη με τα πόδια. Το σπίτι ήταν καθαρό, όλα τακτοποιημένα, με σκεύη κουζίνας και όλα τα απαραίτητα για έναν καφέ ή μαγείρεμα για όποιον θέλει. Ο ιδιοκτήτης πολύ ευγενικός, έδωσε πληροφορίες για την περιοχή, ενδιαφέρθηκε αν όλα είναι καλά και ήξερα πως θα είναι διαθέσιμος αν προκύψει κάτι. Όλα ήταν πολύ ωραία, άριστη διαμονή και σε καλή σχέση ποιότητας-τιμής. Το εσωτερικο του σπιτιού με ενδιαφέρουσα αρχιτεκτονική από τοπική πέτρα και ένα πηγάδι μέσα στο υπνοδωμάτιο. Όλα ήταν πολύ όμορφα. Επειδή ήταν Αύγουστος υπήρχε λίγο φασαρία από τους περαστικούς το βράδυ χωρίς να είναι ενοχλητική.

We had a wonderful stay at Luciana, everything was as expected and more! The room is very spacious and clean, you are in the heart of Matera with stunning view from the balcony and walking distances to all main attractions/restaurants. Breakfast excellent, served on the balcony. And as for walking, Luciana explained to us each part of the old town on a map, so we don’t miss anything :). Also helped a lot before arriving with bus schedules and tips. There are a lot to say, but we felt like being home, in a wonderful place.

ho alloggiato nella stanza singola, che è piccola ma molto ben organizzata e ha un bagno in camera fantastico. Il letto è comodo, la colazione (inclusa) ottima, le persone che gestiscono il posto gentili e molto accoglienti. il bed&breakfast si trova sul confine tra la città moderna e i sassi, raggiungibili in pochi minuti a piedi. Il rapporto prezzo/ qualità mi è sembrato eccellente.

Our stay in this enchanting Trullo was nothing short of a fairytale! From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the unique charm of the traditional cone-shaped house, nestled in the heart of Alberobello’s UNESCO World Heritage site. The blend of historic authenticity and cozy modern comforts made it an unforgettable experience. 🏡 The Trullo: Stepping into the Trullo felt like stepping into a storybook. The thick stone walls kept the interior refreshingly cool, while the rustic decor and thoughtful details (like the cute fireplace and quaint garden) added warmth and character. It was spotlessly clean, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Sleeping under the iconic conical roof was great! 👩 The Host: Our host was an absolute gem! Warm, welcoming, and full of local knowledge, they went above and beyond to make our stay special. From the moment we booked, communication was seamless. They greeted us with a smile and a warm welcome

Ma fille a été très satisfaite de son logement. Les hôtes l'ont traité comme leur propre fille, ils ont été très chaleureux, disponibles et accueillants. Emanuele et Marilena et leur fille sont vraiment des personnes très gentilles. Le studio est très joli, lumineux, fonctionnel et agréable. Il est bien placé et le rapport qualité prix est super. J'espère pouvoir y aller moi-même un jour . Matera est une ville magnifique et très touristique, il y a beaucoup de choses à voir et à faire et le studio est idéalement situé. Vraiment je vous recommande à 100 % ce logement!

Francesco est un monsieur très à l’écoute, attentionné, serviable et dévoué. Ça a été un plaisir de séjourner dans sa demeure qui plus est paradisiaque, très bien entretenue et d’une localisation idyllique, centrée par rapport à plusieurs points d’intérêt. Francesco n’hésite pas à donner des conseils sur les alentours, toujours bien utiles. La maison est très propre, régulièrement nettoyée et le petit déjeuner excellent, d’une fraîcheur inégalable. Francesco est soucieux de nous faire découvrir les mets locaux, de varier le menu tous les jours et de nous servir quotidiennement ce qu’on apprécie le plus. Bref un pur plaisir, merci Francesco ! Bonne continuation !

Amazing location, easy to get to. would recommend putting the address in google maps, not apple maps, as apple maps is less accurate in Matera's streets in general

Mooie omgeving! Accommodatie zeer schoon, gastvrij en Engelssprekend! Ontbijt prima met glutenvrije opties.

L'appartement d'Andreina est très bien situé tout près de la cité ancienne qui est une incroyable découverte ! Elle a su s'adapter à notre horaire d'arrivée, tout est propre et accueillant chez elle !

Consiglio vivamente questo alloggio, più bello che in foto, pulitissimo e facile da raggiungere! L’host, Raffaele, è gentilissimo ed inoltre è sempre disponibile a rispondere in brevissimo tempo! Ci ritornerò sicuramente!

Très beau logement et très bon accueil (eau, petits gâteaux) seul problème les escaliers à monter pour y accéder

We enjoyed our 5 stars stay at Veronica’ and Leo’s beautiful house! It was super easy to find the place and everything was really clear. The breakfast in the morning with the view on the valley and the sea is amazing. After visiting in the morning it was really nice to relax at the pool with the little birds and this ☀️ Everything is very clean and the room is done daily. Thanks for your special attentions ! We will come back for sure ! ☺️

What a beautiful place! We loved every minute, Patrizia made us feel right at home and we had the most peaceful, relaxing, and authentic Italian holiday. The breakfasts are the best we’ve ever had - an abundance of food, fresh and homemade. The rooms are large, luxurious and have everything you need. The pool area is stunning, nestled in and overlooking an olive grove. And the location is great, between Ceglie and Ostuni, with easy access to Alberobella, Polignano etc. What more could you want… Thank you Patrizia for a wonderful time!!!

We could not fault our stay at Antico Ulivo. The accommodation, pool and grounds were perfection. Giorgio was the perfect host, he couldn’t do enough for us during our stay and was so knowledgeable and easy to communicate with. We will be recommending Antico Ulivo to all of our family and friends and hope to return ourselves one day. Thank you Giorgio and team for the perfect end to our 4 week trip around Europe we fell in love with your B&B and Puglia in general.

Wir waren Anfang Mai für drei Tage in der Bufalaria und haben diesen wunderbaren Ort der Ruhe sehr genossen. Franca bereitete jeden Tag ein leckeres kreatives Frühstück zu und der Ausblick in den Garten trägt dazu bei, das der Tag perfekt beginnt. Die schlichte und liebevoll ausgestattete Art des Hauses lässt einen zur Ruhe kommen und entspannen. Franca, Alberto und Lillo sind wunderbare Gastgeber. Wir würden auf alle Fälle wieder kommen wenn wir in Apulien sind.

Alloggio meraviglioso … ci aspettavamo una stanza e bagno e invece era davvero carino e accogliente… non mancava nulla per vivere il nostro soggiorno al meglio. La host oltretutto ci ha trattato come dei famigliari è stata favolosa! Consigliatissimo per avere un posto accogliente e tranquillo dove rilassarsi dopo aver girato nei dintorni incantevoli.

Very clean, large apartment. Great location and quiet because outside the Trulli District, which we preferred. Easy walk to the Trulli Districts and parking was readily available. Vito is a super host.

Incroyable séjour chez Anna et Salvatore !! ils ont à coeur de vous faire découvrir les produits de leur chère region à travers un verre de bienvenu ainsi que les petits déjeuners tous aussi délicieux les uns que les autres. Anna et Salvatore n'hésiterons pas à vous recommander les coins à visiter dans la région et aussi recommandé des restaurants. Nous avons passé 5 jours au top dans cette région grâce à eux. Merci pour toutes ces discussions, vos réponses à nos questions et votre bienveillance ! à bientôt !

Everything was just perfect! The trullo is beautiful and was equipped with everything we needed, the surrounding was perfect to relax, enjoy nature and it is also a great starting-point to explore cities, beaches etc. in the area by car. Christian and his family were perfect hosts who made us feel welcome, gave us great tips for day-trips and cooked us delicious vegan breakfast. All in all - a great experience that we would absolutely recommend.
