The 50 Yard Line is called such as it halfway between everything College Station has to offer...at one end zone is the campus, at the other end zone is the grocery store & several restaurants. Less than 2 miles from Kyle Field, the 50 Yard Line is close to all landmarks in Aggieland. A quiet, clean & newly renovated condo owned by an Aggie family with 3 daughters at A&M, this "home away from home" is created with intentness to detail, attention to amenities & a flair for the Aggie tradition.

Garden Suite

The Garden Suite is centrally located in the BCS metroplex close to Texas A&M Campus and near lots of restaurants / bars / grocery stores / highway 6. The suite is part of the detached garage that has a private entrance through the backyard. Guests are asked to park on the street. We are pet friendly but charge an additonal $10 per pet per day if guests bring a pet. The extra charges will be added once your reservation has been confirmed and informed us that you are bringing a pet.

Beautiful Country-Themed Tiny House Cabin

Custom built tiny house perfect for romantic getaways, out of town relatives visiting family, and vacations! The house is located right off Highway 36, and is only 25 miles from College Station, 10 miles from Lake Somerville, 35 miles from Round Top and close to several local wineries. Plenty of room to park your boat after a day of fishing or water sports at Lake Somerville. This is a Tiny House but we remain Dog Friendly. We have a $50 per Dog fee per stay.
