This 16' partial off-grid unit is wood stove heated (cut wood included), or guests can use a space heater. Comfortable full bed. Basic kitchenette amenities available: microwave, hot plate, tools, pans. No plumbing; sink and toilet are an eco- friendly Boxio system. Next to a forested park with trails. Sleeps 4 with 2 twin beds in loft & 1 in queen in main living area. This Waterfront Cabin offers magnificent views of Cook Inlet, Twin Glaciers, Mt. Redoubt, Mt. Iliamna, Mt. Augustine, and Mt. Spurr, (all 4 are active volcanoes) The Waterfront Cabin has an abundance of wildlife including Moose, Eagles, Beluga whales (seasonal), an occasional Bear and more. There is Large yard, picnic table and fire-pit to share. The Waterfront Cabin is ten minutes from downtown Kenai and the Kenai River.

A second story deck space overlooking the wildlife filled vista is the perfect place to enjoy your coffee. High ceilings, double stack view windows and attention to detail throughout!

Spruce Bear Cabin

Discover the charm and comfort of Spruce Bear Cabin, a newly built, custom-designed getaway completed in May 2025 by its owners, Marques and Teal. The cabin features unique finishes throughout, including wood trim milled from trees found right on the property. Set on 10 private acres just outside Moose Pass, the cabin offers mountain views from every window. Keep an eye out for black bears and mountain goats, often seen roaming the surrounding mountainside during the summer.
