The grounds are spectacular and feature 2 firepits (one wood and one gas), an outdoor eating area and of course, a hot tub. The lake and a boutique winery are a few minutes drive and the restaurants and activities of Salmon Arm are only a short drive. Relax and enjoy the view and amazing quiet. Parking for your boat trailer, and boat launch 1 min away. Unwind and re-charge enjoying the sunrise or sunset from your beach or deck. Golf course, pickle ball, tennis, gym all 5 min away, fishing in front of the cabin; hiking trails & snowmobiling nearby. Sun Peaks, Silverstar and Revelstoke <1.5 hours driving for epic ski conditions. Sorry, no pets.

Suite with a view, 5 min drive to beach

On a 10 acre property with a view of the Shuswap lake that is quite breathtaking. The suite is separate from the main part of the house where the owners reside. There is a small pergola in the back where one can sit for breakfast, (with a view of the mountain) and chairs out front if you want to enjoy the view of the lake. The property is a small farm that is about 5 minutes from Sorrento. There is a level 2 charger available for EVs. The property borders on the Mount Baldie hiking trail

Whether it’s your home on the way or a longer stay, you will enjoy your time here. Our little cabin has been recently fully renovated and is very clean. It is situated just 5 minute drive to Sunnybrae beach, 10 minutes to Blind Bay and Salmon Arm is just 15 minutes away. The yard shares a fence with horses, sheep and entertaining goats. We welcome well behaved dogs in the cabin, please let us know if you will be bringing one.
