Nested on a bluff overlooking the lake, Blue Vista is a cheerful house with a relaxed personality. Enjoy the amazing view, fully-stocked kitchen, oversized jacuzzi, fire pit, and outdoor dining. Work remotely, go fishing, and finish each day watching the sunset from the ambient-lit hot tub. Blue Vista is a quiet retreat in a peaceful setting. With that in mind, we can not accommodate requests for those intending to host loud parties or crowds. Pet fee of $100 per booking. Dogs only please.

Enjoy the covered porch, with large rockers, to take in the views of the pasture At present time we don't have horses but are looking. You have your own privacy gate for security. Check in with no personal contact, private amenities & sanitized cleanings. Three night minimum on all holidays.

House has an upstairs suite, with a bathroom, a Queen bed and loft area with a pull out couch. Downstairs with Queen Bed, with tub/shower combo. Roll away available upon request. Full porch overlooking dry creek. AS OF DECEMBER 18TH, COTTAGE WILL BE UNDER NEW OWNERS.

We have a propane bbq pit and a wood smoker for backyard fun, a covered gazibo and fire pit for entertainment or just relaxing
