Our place is a spacious 3 bedroom apartment near Burnham Park & Baguio Public Market. It has a veranda in front and at the back where you can enjoy Baguio's cool air. If it gets too cold, step right back in & have your hot cocoa in front of a warm, inviting fireplace. It has 2 toilet & baths complete with bidet & shower heaters. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook basic meals & serve a family of 11. It also has a refrigerator, microwave oven, electric kettle and gas stove.

Enjoy Baguio City in this humble but stylish and cozy home! Our unit is nestled in arguably the best neighborhood in all of Baguio. The subdivision is quiet, the air is clean, and it has a wonderful view of the city. It is also just 5 minutes away from the CBD. The house was built in the 70s, but our apartment unit is newly renovated. We only had simple things in mind when we renovated the place: we wanted a clean, cozy, minimalist unit with hotel-like amenities but with the comforts of a home!

It is very spacious and peaceful. 10 major tourist spots are within 10 minutes by car or within walking distance. From the parking level, guests must climb 1.5 floors (or 24 stairs). 10 persons. Not recommended for PWD guests. 1 Car is allowed. There is a guarded parking lot for a 2nd car (but you must pay 200).
