Country Cottage- Affordable, Comfortable, Cute!

A FUN, UNIQUE and INEXPENSIVE place to stay in Northern Utah! The Cottage is a super cute, country-themed, basic stay for 1 person, a couple, or small family. This cozy unit is perfect for both pit-stops and mid- or longer stays for work! Perfectly located-- conveniently near I-15, the county fairgrounds, hot springs, hiking trails, parks, the renowned rocket garden, and much, much more! There is plenty of room to park larger vehicles or your play toys, with an outdoor camera for your safety.

Power house-basement with gym

Enjoy movies on a 65” screen with surround speakers. Kitchenette includes fridge, microwave, toaster oven and pancake mix-breakfast at your leisure! Paper products provided as the only sink is in the bathroom. Workout in our shared gym 2 bedrooms-king and bunk (twin, full, trundle) and 1 bathroom Guest access: You will need to walk around back and down about 20 stairs. Things to note: The space is the basement of our home so you may hear us-fans and white noise provided. 2 vehicles only

Bear River Guesthouse

We invite you to enjoy quiet country living at its finest. Located right off of 1-15, our property is right next to the Bear River and adjacent to Bear River Bottoms Hunting Club. Nearby is Hansen Park (1 mile away), Crystal Hot Springs (8 miles away), or Golden Spike National Historic Park (32 miles away). We have a family friendly yard equipped with slide, swings, trampoline and pond stocked with fish/turtles. 1 bedroom, toy loft, and a large family room. Additional beds are available.

This is a suite inside our home with a private entrance. Includes a spacious bedroom, reading nook, bathroom, huge closet, and “kitchenette” set-up. Stylish, spacious, and peaceful. Soothing colors, so comfortable, and lots of extras. Our “mini farm” is located on over an acre in a quiet bedroom community. Beautiful views of our small orchard, garden, and the mountains. Easy access to downtown, trails, reservoirs, etc. More than enough space inside the suite, and a lovely outdoor dining space.

Private Mountain Loft-Lake less than 5 min away

Take it easy at this newly constructed tranquil mountain getaway. Located at the base of Nordic Mountain Ski resort, there are plenty of things to do. Two other major ski resorts are less than 30 min away. During the summer enjoy the beautiful lake that's only a couple miles down the road, or world class mountain biking trails, hiking trails, dirt biking, boating, snowshoeing, snowmobiling....it's a mountain paradise. The lake also has a paved trail you can walk or bike and enjoy the sunsets.
