This is Arrandale Farms, a unique urban farm. The cottage is our original bnb on our farm since 2016. This year (2025) we have done extensive renovations to incorporate all of the great feedback we have received from guests over the years. We are excited to offer this unique experience. This work-friendly, extra clean studio is near State Farm Stadium, Grand Canyon University, and many great hikes. It includes a fridge, microwave, hotplate, toaster oven and Keurig in our equipped kitchenette. It also features a king bed, full bath, great lighting, sitting area, 50-inch TV and a desk. The studio is attached to our house, but you will have a reserved parking space, a separate entrance, and extra sound insulation to enjoy privacy for work or relaxation.

This hidden gem is centrally located on N Mountain in N Central Phoenix. 20 min to downtown Phx, 20 min to W. Valley, Scottsdale, Tempe, and Phoenix Int'l Airport. Our Casita features 1 room with a king bed, 1 bathroom, and a patio that faces west to enjoy Arizona's beautiful sunsets. We have a very steep driveway, and a full flight of stairs to the casita. If you have trouble walking or have knee and/or breathing problems, this is not the place for you.

We have a large family who uses the pool often, so that is very much a shared space. If you let us know ahead of time that you would like privacy, we can try to accommodate. Please let us know if you plan to invite a few friends over to share the pool so we can plan accordingly.
