L'appartement comprend une chambre avec un lit double en alcôve, un grand salon meublé dans un style rétro élégant (avec canapé-li), une salle à manger, une kitchenette entièrement équipée (pour ceux qui en ont marre de manger à l'extérieur et souhaitent goûter les produits locaux frais chez eux) ainsi qu'une salle de bain (inutile de préciser qu'elle donne également sur la mer!).

A charming new house in Valletta

A brand new house having an open plan layout. It is ground floor thus there are no steps. The house has an open plan bedroom/living room, a kitchen and a bathroom. Two people can sleep in the double bed however there are also two recliners. It is situated 5 mins walk from the seaside, 1 min walk from the Lower Barrakka Gardens and 5 mins walk from the City Center. Public transport is within a 3 minute walk. It is in an ideal spot to discover the city and its surroundings.

Enjoy the beauty and charm of the authentic side of Malta, surrounded by hundreds of years of history. Our house has been inspected and is legally registered and with the Malta Tourism Authority (HPE/0761). We collect 50c a day Tourism Tax which we pay to the government on your behalf.
