Costa Cálida : locations de vacances adaptées aux enfants

Ciara was a fantastic host and always responded quickly. The villa was brilliant for a family of 9 with three generations staying. The pool is fantastic, the amenities were great in the house and it's in a very peaceful location. We got great recommendations for taxis & places to eat and things to do from Ciara and everything was seamless from booking to checkout. Couldn't recommend this location more. We made fantastic memories here!

Fredric var en mycket bra värd. Tydliga instruktioner inför vår vistelse och även under vår resa. Boendet är dessutom väldigt fint - ett riktigt toppval om man reser i större sällskap.

Piękny domek na szczycie wzgórza. Wspaniała perspektywa na okoliczne góry. Szczególnie imponujące widoki wieczorem z tarasu. Domek jest chyba całkiem nowy. Posiada znakomite wyposażenie i cechuje go nienaganna czystość. Nieco niżej położona jest mała stadnina gospodarzy. Poza tym grzeczne pieski, z którymi moja suczka polubiła się. Nie była tylko skłonna dzielić się swoim pożywieniem. Wieczorem i wcześnie rano można było obserwować skaczące w pobliżu dzikie króliki. Do miasteczka drogą poprzez koryto wyschniętej rzeki jest zupełnie blisko. W miasteczku sklepy, bary i restauracje. Ponieważ głównymi ich klientami są miejscowi, ceny nie są wygórowane, a i atmosfera bardzo przyjazna. Jedynym mankamentem, jaki stwierdziłem, są stosunkowo niewielkie możliwości robienia pieszych wycieczek. Jeśli chce się poznawać okolice, trzeba wsiadać do samochodu.

The purpose of the trip was for my brother in Germany and me in America to meet half way, to celebrate our 50th birthday together. We stayed for 14 days. I was accompanied by hubby, daughter, and family friend. We rented a car at Alicante airport, and we arrived at AIRBNB within 30 minutes. Thanks to prior excellent instructions of our host Marie, we had great directions and it was a pleasure to stay at this amazing AIRBNB. The view was fabulous over the Mediterranean Sea. We enjoyed the quiet setting and felt safe in the neighborhood. Weather was beautiful in December. We enjoyed home cooking in fully equipped kitchen, closed out our days with evening walks and sitting on front porch. We recommend sightseeing of castle in Guadalest, waterfalls in Algar, lookout deck in Benidorm, all of Alicante, canelobre caves in Busot. Trip to Alhambra in Granada. Beaches and restaurants in El Campello. We're thanking Marie for excellent communication and wish her all the best in the future.

Nos alojamos en esta casa y quedamos realmente satisfechos. La vivienda estaba en perfectas condiciones, todo muy nuevo y bien cuidado. La cocina, aunque no excesivamente equipada, tenía todo lo necesario para preparar comidas básicas sin problemas.Uno de los aspectos que más disfrutamos fue la barbacoa y el jardín, ideales para organizar cenas al aire libre durante las noches. Además, no puedo dejar de mencionar la pintada enfrente de la casa, que es una auténtica maravilla.En resumen, una experiencia muy positiva. Todo estuvo en su sitio y superó nuestras expectativas.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Javier. La maison était propre, au calme avec une très jolie vue. Nous avons beaucoup aimé l’environnement et les petites tables dispersées un peu partout autour de la maison. Javier est un hôte très réactif. Nous reviendrons séjourner dans le logement dans un prochain voyage avec grand plaisir

We hebben een super tijd gehad in Maria’s Casa by the sea ❤️. Maria is super zorgzaam, en reageert direct als we een vraag hadden, het ontbrak ons aan niks. Ze staat echt 100% klaar voor haar gasten. De ligging is echt super mooi, heerlijk aan de zee en een lekker zwembad erbij. Vanaf het huis kan je prima met de tram naar Alicante. AANRADER en zeker voor herhaling vatbaar.

De locatie was perfect. In het centrum, dicht bij het strand en de boulevard. Het is een mooi, nieuw, ruim appartement op de begane grond met een balkon. Het zwembad is verwarmd! 3 ruime slaapkamers en 2 badkamers. Aan te raden!

Todo perfecto. El apartamento impoluto, tanto a nivel de orden como de limpieza. No hemos echado en falta absolutamente nada. El acceso muy bien explicado por Silvia. Trato maravilloso y pendientes de todo en todo momento. Recomendable totalmente.

Buena estancia. Los anfitriones muy pendientes. Pedimos calefactores y alguna cosa que faltaba y nos los trajeron enseguida. Buena ubicación, buen piso, buenas vistas. Acogedor, mucha luz. Lo recomiendo.

Vennlig og ryddig vert som tok oss godt i mot. Svarer raskt på meldinger og er alltid hyggelig. Pen og ryddig leilighet som var enkelt utstyrt med det mest nødvendige.

Todo perfecto. La casa estaba muy limpia y bien equipada, ideal para pasar unos días de descanso. La ubicación es tranquila y cómoda. Thomas, el anfitrión, fue encantador desde el primer momento: muy amable, nos ayudó incluso a cargar algunas cosas al llegar y tuvo el detalle de dejarnos una bombona de gas butano para usar en la barbacoa, lo cual agradecimos mucho. Sin duda repetiríamos. ¡Muy recomendable!

Wij hebben 7 dagen doorgebracht in dit appartement en het was echt geweldig. Zeer aan te raden. De vriendelijkheid en behulpzaamheid van Ruben kom je nog zelden tegen. Alles was brandschoon in huis. Ruben dacht in alles mee, niks was te veel. Stond continu klaar voor alle vragen en dat maakt deze man bijzonder. Wij hebben hier een geweldige tijd gehad, de omgeving is zo mooi. Wij zouden hier opnieuw boeken als we in deze omgeving willen verblijven. Alles was uitgevallen in heel Spanje , we zaten zonder licht of water en Ruben bracht ons 3 flessen water en 2 kaarsjes. Een en al vriendelijkheid.

Lovely clean modern flat. Seafront walk and supermarket both near. Lots of restaurants nearby. Beach 20 mins walk. I also liked the Thursday market just around the corner!

A lovely stay in a beautiful location. The beach view was spectacular every morning. The apartment was clean and well laid out with air conditioning for the warmer days. The construction work was particularly challenging most mornings due to the noise early morning however, once it is complete, it would be a great peaceful stay.

The apartment is even better than the photos. The whole place was super clean and it all felt so new. It had everything we need for our family of 4 (8yr and 13yr old). The heated pool was perfect, espicially as it was April and the temperatures a bit cooler. Supermarket is only a few minutes walk away with the beach and shopping centre only a little further. Great apartment, great location. Definitely would stay again

Le logement est conforme à la description et aux photos et est parfait pour un couple. La place de parking dans la résidence et le supermarché à moins de 5 minutes à pied sont de réels atouts. La terrasse était également très appréciable. Nous recommandons ce logement.

In een woord GEWELDIG! Wij hebben deze accommodatie voor een maand geboekt en zouden graag langer willen blijven. Helaas moeten wij voor werkzaamheden terug naar Nederland anders zouden wij hier nooit meer weg willen. Het huis was super schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Mijn 2 jarige dochtertje heeft de tijd van haar leven gehad want er is overal aan gedacht. Van speelgoed tot aan bordjes en bekertjes etc. De behulpzaamheid van Caroline verdiend een dikke 10!! Mijn ouders konden helaas niet zelf naar de supermarkt ivm hun leeftijd, boodschappen meenemen was voor Caroline geen enkel probleem. Ook hadden mijn ouders geen verstand van de verschillende afstandsbedieningen en ook hier kwam Caroline voor langs om ze dit persoonlijk uit te leggen. Dit is een accomodatie die wij veel vaker zullen boeken omdat je hier een zorgeloze vakantie hebt. Hou er wel rekening mee dat er geen supermarkt op loopafstand is en dat een auto hebben wel echt een must is op deze locatie. Nogmaals een 10!

Great place to stay, especially with young kids. Beach just across from the apartment with plenty of restaurants nearby. Kids loved the tennis court, playground and swimming pool on site. Breath taking views of the sunrise in the morning out the huge windows.

We have spent 5 weeks in Olga’s Spacious apartment which was very well equipped. Water filter was very useful saves carrying water from supermarket. Comfy bed. 10 mins to sea and 5 mins to bars/restaurants/supermarket. The complex is quiet and very well cared for. Felt safe. We got local bus to Torrevieja several times - bus stop 2 mins from complex- 1.60 euros each way. We also walked along coastal path to Torrevieja on couple of occasions - just over an hour. Olga responds very quickly to messages. Would recommend her apartment as a very comfortable base for exploring the area 😊
