Your well appointed private studio flat includes a king size bed, en-suite bathroom, sofa, TV and kitchenette. It has been recently refurbished, with new furniture. Breakfast can be served to you in the flat, for a little extra, available on request.

Situated adjacent to our farmhouse, across a pretty shared courtyard, the cottage is warm and comfortable. The bedrooms have views of the orchard and tennis court, which you are welcome to use, along with the table tennis in the courtyard. Southlands Farm is in a perfect spot: a rural location renowned for its outstanding natural beauty but close to charming seaside towns.

You are welcome to bring up to two well behaved dogs and will have your own private garden with views across the valley. The White Hart pub/Indian restaurant is a few minutes walk away and also delivers.

Our apartment within our home, allows enough space to welcome families, or small groups, whilst also being suitable for those who are looking for peace. Modern & spacious house in the countryside.

The Pavilion is a modern, purpose built holiday house in the quiet Somerset village of Yarlington. It has all the conveniences: Wood burning stove, underfloor heating, Washer & tumble dryer, Iron & ironing board, fast fibre optic broadband and a charging station for an electric or plug in hybrid car, but sadly the mobile phone signal is very poor. The house is next to the pub and a stones throw from the church. The Newt and Hauser Wirth Gallery in Bruton are within a 15 minute drive.

The Coach house is recently renovated to a very high standard. It consists of a living room with plenty of seating, wood burner, free supply of logs, under floor heating, a dining room that opens into our extensive gardens, a bathroom with shower, separate bath and plenty of fluffy towels and a large upstairs bedroom with seating area with views over the River Otter and garden. It is ideal for a couple/ young family as there is a cot and single bed, available in the bedroom area.

Welcome to Little Greenhayes - A fully self contained 2 bed Annexe to my home in the beautiful Devon countryside in Ham, one mile from the village of Dalwood, and within easy reach of the town of Axminster. Situated on the borders of Devon, Dorset and Somerset close to the Jurassic coastline in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
