This is a great place for vacations, stay-cations or work trips! Great family-friendly, well-lit, safe neighborhood. There are great restaurants, shopping and entertainment venues within two or three miles. Please note that our place is an allergy free zone so pets are NOT allowed. Also note that the queen bed and sofa sleeper are in the same room.

You can also take this for 5 minutes to connect to C1 or C2, heading to Alta or Snowbird. The covered hot tub is for your use only. Within a half mile of Lift House Ski Shop, The Gear Room, Porcupine Pub & Grill, Hog Wallow, Alpha Coffee, 7-Eleven, Saola Vietnamese Restaurant, and Eight Settlers Distillery. A few miles from major shopping & Whole Foods.

Salt Lake City, Holladay Area

This is a one bedroom apartment built on the side of a large rambler house on a corner lot. The apartment faces north and our house faces west. It has a private entrance, and a private driveway. Everything you could possibly need for a great stay. It was built from the ground up 11 years ago. We have a new puppy who is a very naughty little Jack Russell Terrier and has not yet learned not to bark at the doorbell or strange noises. If that will bother you a lot, this might not be a good fit.

Our place is in the Sugarhouse/Brickyard area, great for dining out and shopping. You will be close to I-80 for quick airport, downtown or mountain access. You will love the location with a private entrance. You'll have a fully equipped kitchen, cozy living room and private bathroom with shower. The queen bed has a new comfy mattress and there is plenty of space for clothes and ski equipment. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.
