This tiny home has all the amenities you may need including roomy bathroom, full Kitchen, washer dryer, Internet, and TV. This park model is on 20 acres and located close to activities such as boating, fishing, hunting, and many more that Central Washington has to offer. You are only minutes from the boat launch, with moorage available upon request. After a fun filled day of activities you can come home and relax in the your private guest house. We are pet friendly however some restrictions may apply. Come relax and enjoy our little piece of heaven...

Butler Ranch Guest House - STR A-000020

Relax at this guest house surrounded by Anjou pear trees. This is the perfect, quiet, getaway for a long weekend in the sunshine of central Washington, just 20 min away from Leavenworth and an hour and 15 minutes from the Gorge Amphitheater. Additional guests may be allowed upon request (children). There is a queen bed on the main level and two twin beds in the loft that are accessible via a telescoping ladder.

A 70 yard walk down a hill to your own private space makes you feel at home. During winter you may want winter boots. Only a 5 mile drive to Leavenworth. Twenty minute drive to Wenatchee. Our home is on the property.
