A beautiful farmhouse overlooking Lough Eske. We stayed for 3 nights with our extended family and it was perfect. Only 10 mins from Donegal Town, and a beautiful view of the lake, it’s a perfect location, and the house itself is very nice, the rooms were really nicely furnished and modern. The hosts were so helpful and accommodating and were really quick to respond. We would absolutely recommend this house as a gorgeous getaway and hope to visit again some time in the future!

The home was exactly as the photos. Beautifully clean. modern and there was an abundance of facilities in terms of glasses, cups cutlery, pots, pans, plates and dishes plus extra items that you have in your homes but wouldn't normally find in a self catering privision. Ample parking for two cars and outside seating area. fantastic views from kitchen windows. Handy for shops and restaurants and beach a two minute stroll away. Jillian was responsive to all our queries. I would definitely recommend.

Had a lovely relaxing and very enjoyable few days at Duffy lodge. The accommodation was just perfect it’s was spotless, had everything you needed and more eg plenty of towels, toiletries, tea/coffee. Deirdre was just amazing so friendly and accommodating and went over and beyond. She had fresh bread, milk, butter, eggs in fridge for us when we arrived. She made the most amazing scones which were absolutely delicious. We felt very at home and loved that our 2 dogs were very welcome also. Fantastic stay in an absolutely picturesque location. Having stayed in many air bnb while traveling around the wild Atlantic way this one was one of those finds that just blew us away. The location was remote which gave total and utter peace and tranquility, although it's only a 10 minute walk to the local garage or 20 minutes down into Burtonport. Marjorie is the perfect host, just a message or call away if there's any issues (there won't be) and happy to give recommendations on local restaurants. I honestly can't recommend this stay any higher, it is perfect, and my wife and I will most definitely be booking back in for another break in the near future

A really nice, modern, warm house which is off the beaten track in beautiful Portnoo.

We stayed at Jude and Chris’ house. It was absolutely beautiful and in a great location with stunning views. Walking distance from the beach which was ideal as we had our 3 year old and 1 year old boys with us. Jude was so kind and friendly. We cannot wait to stay again.

This accommodation is perfectly situated on the outskirts of Buncrana. Buncrana seamlessly accessible by foot. Beautiful beach or heritage walks on the door step with coffee docks conveniently located near the property. House is new build, very modern, spacious and comfortable. Ideal for large groups and families. Cannot recommend enough.

Pauls place was so beautiful. The location is so stunning, and the view over the little lake was magical. Paul was very gracious and communicated with us well. The hot tub would the best part! I would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend to anyone else to stay here too.

Great trip, very relaxed close to bars and good scenery

Jean's place was in a great area. It was walkable to the water, multiple pubs, and many shops. The owners of the pub next door are very helpful and offer great recommendations as well.

Paul and Geraldine were super friendly. We felt right at home at their place. The view of the bay was very good, very relaxing, and a few very nice restaurants not too far away

It’s a beautifully peaceful area, not far from Northern Ireland and the northernmost point of the island. There’s a lot to explore in the surroundings. The apartment was in excellent condition and very clean. John quickly showed and explained everything without talking too much – very professional. I can highly recommend it.

We had the most memorable stay in Amanda's beautiful home. The house is located in one of the most scenic and peaceful locations in West Donegal. We loved everything about our stay and hope to return again soon. The view of Mt. Errigal while sitting outside with coffee in the morning sun is breathtaking and you feel so immersed in nature with no passing traffic. Our young children absolutely adored the house and outdoor space. The location of the house makes access to the surrounding beaches, such as Carrickfinn, so easy. Thank you Amanda for being the most helpful host during our stay.

Beautifully located lakeside property. Spacious private outside area with hot tub, fire pit with amazing views over the lake. Good layout with good sized living space for 6 people. 3 good sized double rooms & en suite or bathroom next to each. Beds very comfortable. The mezzanine bedroom has screen for privacy & we took portable black out blinds which worked well, however a sleep mask is provided. Well equipped kitchen for self catering & second fridge in the utility room for drinks. Nice bottle of bubbles on arrival. Great host. Super location for exploring with easy access to many beaches & local towns. Great pub close by.

Really Enjoyed The Cotrage ,Nice & Warm,clean and a vert friendly environment...hot tub even was better 😀 relaxed area over looking The very Famous Errigal Mountain..Plenty of Restaurants,Bars,filling stations all near by 1km distance... Had a two night stay at the cottage, found it to be very homely and spotlessly clean. We packed up on groceries and wine before we left as reading previous reviews we knew it was in a remote location. We took the walk from the garden to the beach which took around 20 minutes and was definitely worthwhile, kids loved flying their kites! Remember to pack wellies if the weather has been wet as it can be a mucky walk.. Briony and family are very friendly and welcoming and are very approachable..would definitely recommend for a peaceful getaway.

The house is in a fantastic location right in the centre of Buncrana. The house was really clean and had everything we needed. I would highly recommend it to anyone and will definitely use it again when we're back in Buncrana. Thanks.
