County Laois : locations de vacances

We enjoyed staying at Ashleigh's place. Everything we needed was there and we were able to have breakfast and evening meal in the house. We were visiting family half an hour away so it was convenient for us.

Wir haben zwei Nächte in der Villa Jokubas verbracht – und es war einfach traumhaft. Die Lage ist wunderbar ruhig, perfekt zum Abschalten und Auftanken. Umgeben von Natur, Vogelgezwitscher und absoluter Stille fällt das Runterkommen leicht. Unser persönliches Highlight waren ganz klar die Hot Tub und die Sauna – beides wurde für uns vorbereitet und war in absoluter Privatsphäre nutzbar. Die Hütte selbst ist mit viel Geschmack eingerichtet, super sauber und sehr gemütlich. Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und konnten jederzeit jemanden erreichen, wenn wir Fragen hatten. Wir wären am liebsten länger geblieben und kommen definitiv wieder. Eine absolute Empfehlung für alle, die Natur, Ruhe und ein bisschen Wellness-Feeling suchen!

We had a wonderful stay! The place was absolutely beautiful with everything you could possibly need. Julie and Steve were the perfect hosts, on hand should you need anything but you still had all the privacy you need. Was like a home from home we arrived late and Julie was there to greet us, she had fresh bread and milk waiting for us. Steve was on hand to light the fire for us in the evening so when we came in it was lovely and warm. Perfect location for a base for sightseeing but you could stay in too as the surroundings are stunning and as it was lambing season there was tons of baby lambs just across the road .We will definitely be back!

Thanks for having us we really enjoyed the time on the boat. The kids loved the experience and we enjoyed the relaxing journey down the canal. Would definitely recommend.

Pat was so kind and his place is beautiful! It’s was within perfect walking distance to the Greenfields festival that we went to this weekend! It was wonderful being able to walk around the town as well with the Blue Barroway right around the corner! He was also very helpful in offering tips on how to drive around Ireland in the next leg of our journey. Whenever I find myself in Athy again I’ll be back!

The pond cabins were absolutely beautiful! Would definitely recommend staying here . Iveta was extremely friendly and helpful and came down to personally welcome us . Milk , sugar , tea etc supplied on arrival for a hot cup of tea after our drive ! Hot tub was easy use and really made the experience. Will definitely visit again !

We have stayed here before. It’s a lovely house in a lovely little village which has everything we need. It’s also only about twenty minutes drive to Kilkenny and carlow to visit family.

We had an absolutely lovely stay at The Writer's Cottage. Check in was simple and straightforward, and we received such a warm and friendly welcome form Hannah and Paddy. The cottage is a hidden gem nestled in beautiful woodland with a stunning perimeter walk. We had such peace and quiet during our stay. The cottage is warm, snug and cosy, a perfect getaway for those looking for a break away from the hubub of everyday life. With plenty of sights and attractions nearby, The Writer's Cottage is the ideal base for those looking to explore such a beautiful area. We will most definitely be back.

Wir waren für 5 Nächte im „The Little House“ und rundum zufrieden! Die Unterkunft ist mit sehr viel Liebe eingerichtet und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Wir sind mit Baby angereist und als wir ankamen, standen schon das Babybett und der Hochstuhl bereit - Spielsachen (auch für die Kleinsten) sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Das Grundstück - besonders die Aussicht - ist ein Traum und die Alpakas und Tiere vor Ort ein Highlight!😁 James & Hazel sind super nett, kommunikativ und hilfsbereit - wir kommen gerne wieder!😊
