Welcome to Derry and our home at 62 Ivy Terrace We are situated in a quiet residential area which is a 10 minute walk to the city centre, a 15 minute drive to Donegal, and 30 minutes from The Giants Causeway. There are numerous local stores near our house. A walk up the Carlisle Road, you will find several bars and restaurants, offering your choice of foods at reasonable prices. Also, you can find many different types of shops, and entrances to the Richmond and the Foyleside Shopping Centres.

Ebrington Mews apartment is a new build ground floor self contained apartment to the rear of the building, located in place of the old Mews building which unfortunately was beyond saving!
