The cottage is located in the countryside village of Ballymacarbry which is situated at the foot of the Nire Valley and is perfect for hikers, with beautiful walking paths. Cyclists with the winding roads of the Sean Kelly circuit and walkers with the many woodland trails. The cottage is also a 10 minute drive from the Comeragh Mountains.

Fantastic views and long quite walks are promised. A stones throw from the beautiful Curraghmore estate, Comeragh mountains with the spectacular Mahon Falls and Coumshingaun Lake and Slievenamon. The Deise Greenway and Copper Coast beaches are easily accessed nearby.

This new house is in a quiet neighbourhood, just off the N25 but feels as though you are in the heart of the countryside. It is in the ideal location for exploring all that Waterford has to offer. It is: - 7 min drive to nearest Greenway entrance at Durrow. - 10 min drive to Clonea beach - 9 min drive to Dungarvan - 4 min to nearest shops - 8 min to Crough woods - 11 min to Coumshingaun Lake trail - 3 min to Bridgie Terries pub/restaurant.

I would love to welcome you to my house which is ideally located a 3 minute drive from Waterford City. Surrounded by private mature gardens, it is an ideal place for you to unwind. The rooms are bright, modern and sparkling clean. The kitchen is fully equipped and all rooms are on the ground floor and served by 50 mgbs WiFi. Centrally heated there is also a stove and an open fireplace in the two cosy living rooms.
