Complete with garden gazebo for outdoor dining. Wooded walk lands and access to Lough Owel for swimming or fishing, boat hire.

There are two double rooms, one downstairs, one upstairs, with an additional double pull out sofa bed on the upstairs landing/reading area. There is a bath/shower upstairs. There is ample parking.
