The Ponte Vecchio is 200 meters away and in a 5 minutes walk, you can reach the city center. The water boiler sometimes needs to be restarted. It's outside of the kitchen, there in an on/off button, you just need to turn it on and off. If all the utilities are on at the same time the light may go down, the breaker is next to the main entrance, inside the apartment. I also work for a hot air balloon company, if you are up for some adventure, you just need to ask me. The apartment is in the heart of ancient Florence—perfect for exploring the many nearby landmarks. You won't need a car, everything is at walking distance. In case you will arrive with a rented car, there is a parking next to the aparment that charges 35eur/day.

Poggiolieto is on the hills just 10 minutes far by car from the Historical center of Florence. The Property is a typical Tuscan country house surrounded by olive trees. The Suite is a flat apartment (bedroom, living room with a sofa bed, bathroom and kitchen). Swimming pool in spring and summer time; private parking. The house is in a strategic location to be close enough for visiting Firenze's artistic city centre, but be in the peace of the countryside at home with garden and swimming pool.

Situata nel tranquillo e residenziale quartiere di Campo di Marte è perfettamente collegato con il centro storico raggiungibile con una piacevole passeggiata in soli 20' oppure con mezzi pubblici.

Apartment in Historic Building - Florence Center

Appartamento indipendente in un palazzo storico del 1870, progettato dall’architetto Poggi. Situato nel centro storico, in un quartiere residenziale, autentico e poco turistico, è perfetto per vivere Firenze come un vero fiorentino. Il centro è facilmente visitabile a piedi. WiFi fibra ultraveloce, TV con Chromecast, aria condizionata caldo/freddo illimitata. Ottimi collegamenti: fermata bus e taxi sotto casa, stazione raggiungibile a piedi. Parcheggi sotto casa e accesso auto senza ZTL.

L'appartamento è accogliente e molto luminoso. Completamente rinnovato nel 2019. Il centro storico, a 4 km, può essere facilmente raggiunto in 15 minuti con l’autobus; la fermata è sotto casa. L'accesso ed il "check-in" sono svolti autonomamente dall’ospite senza limitazioni d'orario (a partire dalle ore 15,00 del giorno d'arrivo) L’appartamento, situato al quarto piano con ascensore è composto da: cucina, camera con letto matrimoniale, camera con due letti singoli, soggiorno e bagno.
