There is a bus stand one minute away from the unit. The family Upstairs has little kids and being that it is summer holidays there will be some sort of noise.

My home is within walking distance to bus service and shopping. It is a short drive to the hospital, university, hiking trails, rivers, lakes. Some tourist attractions are a within a 2 km radius. Lake Cowichan is a 21 minute drive. Victoria is a 58 min drive. Nanaimo is a 41 min drive. There is clean drinking water straight from the taps. This is a quiet, safe neighbourhood. There is ample parking on the street and in my driveway. I also have storage space for bicycles if need be.

Easy access to Downtown Victoria only 3 mins walk to Bus Exchange, 5 minutes walk to local groceries & restaurants (Walmart, Superstore, Belmont Market, Westshore shopping centre) The Place: Guest private room (not ensuite) in a shared home. Guest room located on ground floor, and we live upstairs.
