Cozy Spot

This is a newly built and centrally located Airbnb located within minutes of the ocean. Equipped with all the amneties of home for a nice stay , 2 bedroom's included and has lots of room including 2 bathrooms with showers in each. There is Tv's in each unit with a couch to relax. Stove & fridge to cook a nice meal. The Cabot Trail is about an hour away. Newfoundland ferry is 15 mins away. Great unit for 2 people or 4. There is an adjoining door in the middle that seperates the units.

We live in a nice, quiet neighbourhood in the South End of Sydney minutes to downtown, movie theatres, casino, restaurants, Farmers Market, Drive-in Theatre and shopping. Our Home is within walking distance to nature trails & coffee shops with a ballpark, walking track & playground across the street.

Including, a queen-sized bed and ensuite bathroom, refrigerator, microwave, coffee/tea facilities, and toaster. There is a shared barbeque for guest use. Check-in instructions will be sent via the Airbnb app. Please read carefully prior to your arrival. **We live on main floor so foot traffic and our dogs may be heard. Only 1 parking spot per room.**
