The bedroom has a king-sized bed and en-suite shower-room. The sitting room has a sofa-bed which sleeps 2 more guests. There is also a separate WC. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a fridge with freezer shelf, dishwasher and washing machine . There is a small outdoor seating area to the front.

It has 2 double bedrooms, one of which is a twin and the other set up as king size but can be made into another twin on request. There is a wood burning stove, a well equipped kitchen with washing machine ,fridge freezer, gas hob and electric oven. The bathroom has a deep bath with an over bath shower and to keep your feet cosy under floor heating and a heated towel rail. Situated in the 'East Neuk' of Fife it is ideally positioned for exploring the local fishing villages. 15 minutes drive takes you to St Andrews Home of Golf. Although we do accept 3 night bookings, our preference is for minimum 5 night stays during peak times (e.g school holidays)
