Location, location, location. The setting was beautiful with rockers on the front porch overlooking the marina. Coffee shop, restaurants, and brewery within walking distance. And the price was reasonable.

The place was really nice with a useable dock on the water. The host was super friendly and responsive and gave us some good local recommendations. It was definitely a quiet, quaint, and peaceful getaway!

We lived in NC for six years and come back twice a year. This was our first time staying in New Bern. This was a special trip because it was our first one with our daughter! We chose this rental for its privacy and location. As well as one of the bedrooms having no windows (which was great for our daughter’s sleep schedule). The property manager communicated very well and was helpful. The property itself was very well kept and came with everything you could need for a nice trip! We will be back again!

Great place to stay! Large updated condo that’s tastefully decorated and has more than the usual limited kitchen items, games, etc.

Jennifer was a wonderful host. She upgraded us to a larger cottage due to work she needed to do to the original place we booked. It was a great location for us. We were in town for CycleNC Coastal Bike ride and we could ride our bikes to the registration area and the starting line. We could also walk to a couple of restaurants and a microbrewery. She was very responsive and getting in was a breeze, as was checkout. Thx so much Jennifer for being such a great host!

Loved, loved this place. We are already talking about our next stay. Only minor concern as lighting for the stairs, but we worked that out with our phone flashlights. We definitely return.

My stay at the Whitehust House was delightful. My host Pollie is amazing and incredibly helpful making sure my time spent here was wonderful. This is a first time staying in downtown New Bern and I love the fact I could walk everywhere. It was such a treat. Perfect location and terrific host makes it a place I plan to return.

The stay was wonderful, even despite lousy weather! The 3 places on the deck were perfect, only we didn’t get to really sit there as the weather was cloudy and rainy and cold. We did bring in one rocking chair so we could both look out the wonderful window view! The kitchen was well supplied with everything, and beds were very comfortable. We’d both love to come back for another stay in war,er weather! ❤️🙏😁🤗. Loved it!

The Captains Quarters was a great stay for my family and I. The boat ramp, which is literally right out the front door, being available was a huge plus as we brought our boat. The outside space was wonderful and the inside space was the perfect size for 3 kids and 2 adults. The inside space was very cozy and has a great view of Blounts Creek. This is a perfect stay for the fishermen and hunters as well as family's looking to stay in a relaxed environment and spend some time outdoors. Judy was very communicative and helpful with any questions we had. Will definitely be staying many times again in the future.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful cabin. Terry is an exceptional host, she went above and beyond to accommodate a special request and made sure we had everything we could possibly need and more for the perfect stay. The surroundings are beautiful and the cabin is so charming. We would absolutely book again and recommend anyone else to do so!

Second time we've stayed at Rivendock Rookery. Wonderful home, perfect location. Love it.

Our family (Mom, Dad, and 4 adult daughters) had such a great week at Rebecca’s home. Even Hurricane/Tropical Storm Debby could not dampen our fun. We may not have been able to spend time on the beach, swim, and fish like we planned; but with such a well stocked, well laid out home, we were able to play games, cook, and just enjoy our time together. Rebecca was extremely responsive, kind, and caring. And, her lower level permanent renter is also friendly, kind, and helpful. We look forward to our next stay!

Lisa's place was exactly as described. The home is so beautifully decorated and comfortable. It had everything we needed for our stay. Lisa takes great care in making her guests feel welcome. We arrived to a chilled bottle of wine and some delicious muffins. The location is perfect for easily exploring the town of Oriental. Our only wish was to have been able to stay longer. We will definitely book another stay when visiting the area.

My family and I enjoyed staying at this property. Only thing we had issues with was cleanliness of bathroom and air filter. Both of which were dirty and clogged with dust. Only reason is was somewhat of an issue is because my kids are highly allergic to dust. Besides that, great property.

From the moment we opened the door we were impressed! The house was extremely clean, decorated perfectly, and then you look out back… The huge screened in back porch with endless views of the water. You can sit and watch sailboats, yachts, and barges go by all day and night. There is a huge Tv outside so you watch TV and never have to leave the amazing view. The Master has perfect view of the morning sunrise over the water. We saw dolphins swim by several times. The dock was awesome for fishing and docking my boat. We caught a ton of fish off the dock. The owners have thought of everything and quick to respond to any questions. This was by far our best AirBnb experience and we will be back.

a true wow factor experience, by an experienced superhost. If this property is available book it and enjoy all of the peace and tranquility outside, which is only surpassed by the amazing culinary art style kitchen experience indoors.

The stay here was very nice ! A Great host ,that communicated very well and was very helpful with making sure we knew everything before we arrived. Easy check in and the resort pool was awesome ! We will be back!!!
