Guests have access to private trails, abundant birdlife, a natural waterfall for soaking, and ocean views from the front of the property with a shared oceanview dining area. The Sun House. Beach, nature, quiet, comfortable.

The Sun House, perfectly situated, steps from beautiful Paunch beach but surrounded by lush jungle and gardens. This cozy little house has a lovely sea-breeze-catching veranda with garden views. There is a comfortable lounge with big sofas and a smart TV, a fully equipped kitchen, a separate bedroom with queen bed, AC, and en-suite bathroom, and good WiFi. The bathroom has a hot water shower and washer and dryer. There are seven good restaurants within walking distance of the house.

Howler monkeys and Toucans frequent the area, and you'll feel right at home in nature with the convenience of local life. We're around 5 minutes from the beach, where you can find world class surfing and great food, and we're roughly 10 minutes from Bocas by taxi. You can sit back and relax, or you can explore the beautiful island to your hearts content.
