This new apartment is located just 5 minutes from Mannford Harbor Marina. Canoeing and federal hunting lands are within walking distance. There's plenty of space to park your boat! One bedroom has a king size bed, the other has two twins. The futon in the living area folds out to a full size bed.

Located in the heart of Sapulpa, The Hobson House is a large historic home just 1 block off Route 66. Originally built by the owner of the local lumberyard, this home carries a lot of history & charm. They built the house for themselves & the 2 apts upstairs for traveling teachers that needed a place to stay. Overall, the house has 3 apts, all w/private entrances. There is 1 larger apt downstairs & 2 smaller apts upstairs, along with a common sitting area in the front & a laundry room in back.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Full kitchen, walk-in shower, washer/dryer, cable TV, wifi, relaxing deck on the back, outside dining beside a peaceful Koi pond and waterfall. For those chilly evenings there is a fire pit for roasting hot dogs or toasting marshmallows or just relax in the Adirondack chairs on the patio. Sitting in the wicker rockers on the front porch you have a wonderful view of the farm pond and with any luck you will catch a glimpse of a deer or two.
