Everything was clean and exactly how it’s pictured. It was so cozy and great!

Tina and Michael were great. They met all of our needs and being so close to the beach was exactly what we wanted.

The house was absolutely beautiful and had a lot of character. It was in an excellent location, walking availability to everything we needed to see, which was perfect and saved us parking fees! The only recommendation would be darker curtains for all the bedrooms to keep out the city lights for sleeping. We love being there and getting to experience a little bit of history.

This was our second trip to Julie’s place and it did not disappoint. We love her place. She is so nice and accommodating. It has all the amenities you need, a nice yard, and so close to the beach. It is low key, not over crowded with lots of space on the beach. It reminds of a beach cottage in a Nicholas Sparks novel. We will be back!!

This house was exactly as described! It was so clean and beautiful and had everything we needed and more! The thoughtfulness that went into this house is amazing! Annette had thought of things we needed that we had not thought of! The house is within walking distance to the beach and every neighbor we encountered was so friendly! The neighborhood felt safe and homey. We recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!

Since I rented the whole house it was perfect for our large family gathering with separate units (Casa’s) for each couple.

We wanted a weekend trip to relax with our family and Roland’s place was just that. Great things for the kids to do at the house and close enough to St Augustine to go enjoy some of the attractions there. The house was clean and neat, the pool was perfect and we will definitely come back!

We really loved the Hidden Oasis, and was very comfortable for our family including two young kids. They/we all enjoyed the pool and water toys. We spent hours in it daily. We cooked at home most days and there was plenty of different sized pots and pans. We really appreciated being able to bring our two dogs with us and we could tell they felt right at home. My husband enjoyed the multiple miles of biking in the area and we also appreciated the neighborhood for safe dog-walking. We also appreciated the proximity of the beach and boogie boarding. If you're looking to relax, book Terry's place. I can't say enough good things about the property or hosts. We loved the pool, chickens, and beauty of the property. Clean, and comfortable. Great house! We needed a heated pool (stayed in March) and this place did not disappoint! Anything you need is nearby - restaurants, groceries, drive to the beach is easy. House was very clean and well-maintained. Kitchen had every appliance you would ever need! The beds are super comfortable (this is a deal-breaker for me so I don't include this if it's not true!).

Came for a wedding. The home was exactly as the pics showed and it was pristine inside with all the necessities including beach chairs, umbrellas and towels. Perfect location, walkable quaint little area, lots of great recommendations too. Great space, amazing host, Pauline always responded quickly and went above and beyond to accommodate us. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there, just needed another day or two to enjoy the town. Highly recommend.

The perfect place to stay if you want to get downtown away from the busy town, but also be close by. The property is dreamy!

We felt right at home in Matt's place. The house was big and spacious, we absolutely loved the pool on the back porch. Was a perfect setting to grill dinner and enjoy the pool, was very hot outside but the back porch was very shaded and comfortable you could feel the ocean breeze., just perfect!! The ocean access was very close walking distance. The garage was also stocked with all you need for a day at the beach. Coolers, umbrellas, chairs, even beach toys for the kids. The kitchen was also stocked with everything you need to cook a meal for your family. The snacks and bottle of wine that was left for us by Matt was a great surprise and treat after a 6 hour drive. Plenty of restaurants within good driving distance. Plus a circle K at the top of the road. Matt was very responsive to my messages. We would definitely stay at Matt's again in the future. Excellent place. We felt right at home. The house was clean and ready for us to enjoy our vacation. The community is very quiet. The house is 16 minute drive from Flagler Beach. The grocery store is less than 5 minute drive. We loved the heated pool. Even though we have spent most of the daytime being at the beach or sightseeing - being able to come home and have a quick swim in a private pool was very nice. The hosts promptly replied to all my questions; they were professional and friendly. We highly recommend this house and the hosts. We hope to come back to this place in the future!

It was exactly how it was described. Perfect for a chill, getaway. It was very spacious and private. The owners where very friendly and responded to anything we needed. Would absolutely stay again!

The moment I stepped into this lovely space I was at peace. Words fail me to describe the welcome experienced every time I returned to this home throughout my stay in the area. Attention to detail was evident and extremely appreciated after long days exploring surrounding areas and towns. I would love to be able to stay here again should I ever return to this area.

It was the absolute cutest place! In close proximity to shopping and any activities we wanted to do. Julie recommended numerous restaurants that we were able to try and found them to be amazing!

The home is equipped with just about anything you could possibly need. We had 2 adults, 3 boys (high school and college ages) and 2 dogs. The boys loved having access to a keyboard and guitar while they were away from home. The dogs loved the large fully fenced in yard and pool (the back yard is larger than it appears). Our Golden Retriever especially was in haven here. Not only did he have access to a pool, but Dory had tons of dog toys inside and tons of balls outside waiting for him. She even has the perfect set up to keep the wet dogs in the laundry room while they dry off. Our 2nd dog with us has dementia and doesn't know what he's doing most of the time. That little guy didn't realize there was a pool and fell in a few times. Dory was prepared (because she has thought of everything) and already had 2 dog life vests in the home. We got to meet Dory, and she is an absolute pleasure. So much so that I wish we lived closer so that we could be friends.

I loved everything about the place and the host of the house was amazing. I will be returning and I know everything will be great once again.
