It's hosted writers such as Cheryl Strayed, author of "Wild". Located on 22 acres & privately situated on a beautiful river in the midst of a true PNW woodland. Originally designed by renowned Portland, OR architect Marvin Witt for his family, this towering 3 story "tree house" has been lovingly updated and restored. It features 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and an open concept living room and kitchen with fireplace on the top floor. The house also features 3 private decks. It's a short walk to the beach and close to town and hiking trails. Per Airbnb policy please note we have exterior cameras for security in the driveway, front walkway and east side siding.

The Tall Woods Garden Cabin is a rustic and historic lodging nestled in the forest in the Tolovana area of Cannon Beach, Oregon. The cabin is part of the Tall Woods Garden, a three-acre nursery and event center. It is part of a twelve acre mature Sitka Spruce and Hemlock forest approximately one half mile from the seven mile long beach. The cabin is adjacent to thousands of acres of forest, including the 1,000 acre Cannon Beach Forest Reserve and near the 3,500 acre Rainforest Reserve.
