While we unfortunately had to cancel last minute due to circumstances beyond our control, Rob was very communicative from the beginning and provided great instructions on the property, parking, expectations and how to enter the residence. If I need another place to stay in the Crosslake Area, I will be looking to see if this property is available again before looking elsewhere!

This was my third time staying at Maria's. My husband and I book it for the Ice Fishing Extravaganza and the place does not disappoint. We easily walk to nearby restaurants and can access the ice so easily. We love the space and how it has everything we need for a comfortable stay. Maria and Jim are very kind and helpful with any questions! Thanks once again!

We stayed here while on a business trip and so it was wonderful to come to this little hidden gem at the end of the day and listen to the frogs and watch the squirrels play. Would have probably been pretty decent fishing but I forgot my rod! The location of the home made you feel like you miles and miles from town, but really it's a really short drive to good coffee and great restaurants!

Mom/Daughter weekend at Lower Sylvan Oasis was amazing! The lake home had everything we needed including beautiful views of the fall colors. The accommodations were as described and in excellent condition. The home was super clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay again and recommend it to our friends and family. We enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit. It was the perfect spot for our girls getaway.

Our family had a wonderful stay at Kayleb's place. We really liked the location and how close it was to get to the water. The kids had fun swimming, kayaking and paddle boarding. The house was very clean and comfortable. Kayleb was extremely responsive and polite. Definitely recommend!

My wife and I booked this home for ourselves and 5 other couples (12 people total) and we had a great time! There was plenty of space for us all, and it was the perfect place to connect with our friend group. The main living room was spacious and comfortable to fit all of us at one time. We spent most of our time cooking together, playing games, and doing some hiking in the surrounding area. This home definitely enhanced our great weekend :) The sauna and hot tub are also great amenities, so we always had something to do! Dan and Mona Jo were responsive hosts and answered all of our questions in a timely manner. We recommend booking this gem ASAP before somebody else does!

Michelle! Thank you so much for being such and amazing host! We LOVEDD your place and how helpful and responsive you were! The place blew all of our expectations! We were all so happy as soon as we entered the house cause of how pretty it was. Everything was perfect and more than anything that we could have ever asked for. We made so many beautiful memories that we’ll cherish for lifetime. We DID NOT wanted to leave the house and even 2 days after we are reminiscing out stay through pictures counting days we can be back again. Thank you so much Michelle again for being such great hosts and letting us stay im your place. We tried our best to take as much care of your house as we could. I hope it was enough. It was quite cold outside, which we expect in February, but cozy & warm inside! We really appreciated the responsiveness of our hosts, the extra attention to detail, and the nice fireplace!

This place was perfect for our family. From the floor plan to the room privacy, to the ability to have our dogs with us. They really thought of everything for their guests. There's extra seasonings, smore goodies(the sticks2), coffee machine plus a Keurig with pod, extra TP, and ceiling fans! The appliances look brand new, all easy to work. I thought the decor was perfect as well, such lovely little touches. We loved the rustic but sturdy table. The beds were comfy, there's extra pillows and clean bed linen. We slept great. It really was a home away from home. The only minor cons were: the traffic on the scenic road was busy, busy. But they don't have control of that. And the water pressure was lower in the shower. We made it work. We still got clean. Honestly with all the pros on this place, the cons are nothing. We absolutely appreciated and enjoyed ourselves in this home. The sunrise from the deck was beautiful! A great memory to have with my daughter.

This was our 3rd stay here and has become our favorite place to book when we are in Crosby. It is a great place that is so comfortable and spacious for our family and feels just like home. The location is perfect and allows us to step right out the front door and walk downtown. Highly recommend!!!

Stayed at Renee’s lovely home and hosted family Christmas. It had snowed day before but all was plowed out and sidewalks shoveled. Such a cozy spot conveniently located in the lakes area for our Brainerd holiday gathering. The place is immaculate. You would be hard pressed to find anything not provided for your entertaining needs. This place is so well stocked and so many personal touches. Beds were so comfy!! My family loved the layout for entertaining and the rec room annex steps away. Renee even went above and beyond and decorated for our family occasion! We reached out with one question and she responded immediately. I cannot recommend this lovely home enough or the host. We will be back!!
