Welcome to our beautiful beachside studio, the Ledges. It’s located on over an acre of property in the rustic west of Bermuda. Take strolls on our country road to the local farm. The bus stop is steps away to take public transportation to Dockyard or to Hamilton. Or spend your days on the property at one of 2 private beaches. The Ledges studio is an architectural gem with exposed beamed ceilings, a cozy fireplace for chilly evenings, and a modern fully equipped kitchen. The studio has its own private, large upper deck for entertaining or relaxing where the sunsets are just stupendous!!! Airport pick-ups and island tours can be arranged through your host.

Studio by the Sea is located at the lower Western end of our property listing name Gemstones. Entry is through French doors which opens onto it's own private patio. Upon entry into the apartment the kitchen is fully equipped with a stove and refrigerator, microwave and a coffee machine. This very large open plan King size bedding area comfortably accommodate 2 guests only. This private and peaceful unit is tucked away in paradise. Only a walk away from the best beaches Bermuda has to offer.

HAPPY BOOKING! Enjoy this cozy and vibrant 'more for le$$' studio. It may be small, BUT it has it all! The unit is stocked with most of your essential needs! Relax in the refreshing pool (may be shared w/ pool house guests) after a long day of exploring the island. Directly above the studio, on the upper patio deck, there's a separate BBQ grill, loungers & dining area for studio guests. Chill whilst basking in the sun or watching the beautiful sunset! Your suntan will look fantastic!
